Baymont by Wyndham White Plains - Elmsford

Fine, not the cleanest or best maintained but fine for one night. Layout of hotel a bit odd with lobby in separate section than rooms requiring two elevator rides on check in. Eventually figured out you could park in back but that was never explained.

Everything was fine except for the loud trucks very early in the morning. There must be some construction going on nearby. Oh well.

Parking was accessible from my room location, very close not far to walk. Breakfast was good and room was clean. Sufficient for my needs.

Our only complaint was noisy people in the hallway after the supposed quiet time of 10 pm It/ they were quite obnoxious after a long, tiring day.

Upon entering my room, it was quite warm and had a strong disinfectant smell as if someone just dowsed the room. It was way too strong a smell and much too warm to walk into and feel comfortable. After lowering the temp it still took a few hours for the strong disinfectant odor to dissipate. That was disappointing, along with the walk in temperature.

The pool was not the warmest and the lifeguard took a 15 minute break every hour and multiple 1/2 hrs breaks

Slightly out of Elmsford but within easy access to Elmford and Sleepy Hollow. I was going to use the bus route into Sleepy Hollow but used Uber instead due to the trip time. Staff at the front desk were helpful when I asked questions. The room was nice and tidy, comfortable bed and quiet (I had a back room away from the main road). Shower was awesome with lots of pressure. Really enjoyed my stay.

Helpful staff, convenient to grocery store, restaurants, train. Pool hours a bit limited, make sure to plan ahead.

The bathroom i spected for it to be immaculate im a cleaning specialist so my eyes where every where the tup looks old the coners on the door where painted so it wouldnt show the damage the bed i dint get pillows and the one pillow i got was so hard the sheets where crispy it was not cozy at all it took me a long time to skeep .

Nice and clean. The AC worked perfectly and was quiet. Great water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was pretty good. I would be happy to come back next year.

Very bad too old the hotel bathroom nasty, the pool ooen a 2pm very bad

Overall it was a pleasant stay. The front desk staff was warm and accommodating. The room could use a deep cleaning, in particular ; the bathroom, window curtains, the comforter on the bed and the cushions on the sofa.

Check in Staff was very personable and pleasant

Very nice mattress, close to shoping and food. Will stay again.
