i asked for 30 min extention and I was told that I will be charged for the whole day even if i stay 1 minute more. I understand the rule, but there is a way of saying things in hospitality business. everything. the hotel had so many prostitutes walking around and did not feel safe. the staff made the experience worse.

Every room had a lot of space. Bed is comfortable, pillows are good big and square. Kitchen and Bed very clean, towels clean. Coffee bar in the Lobby was great and also on Time. The recliner and desk with chair are also very nice additions to the space. No hot water or hot air. Bathtub contained pieces of hair, toilet having issue with flushing, no bathtub stopper, also needs a reglaze.

Location is convenient. Covered parking. Room had fridge, microwave, desk, and chair. Quiet. Very outdated room furnitures; worn out. The deadbolt lock on the door looked worn out and not very reliable. Facility smelled weird (damp). Breakfast was non-existent: only coffee, packaged muffin, and cereal pockets.

Cockroaches. Many many coming out from the small appliance in the bathroom. The smell of the room was awful. One the shelves in bathroom was falling apart. Very disappointed Nop. We couldn’t sleep. We got there around 4am after wedding so we had no choice to leave. We checked in late we saw one roach no time to and argue at front desk. When we came back then were too many.

It was a really bad experience. The bed was flimsy and loud, bathtub draining super slow, water in the shower takes forever to regulate the temperature... there were hair shavings on the bathroom sink, later I found more of hair shavings on at least 3 out of 4 "clean" bath towels. Veird smell in the hallways. Nothing but coffee and hot water with teabags for "pick and go" breakfast. I am not staying here again.

For a hotel that prides themselves on extended stays I would absolutely choose another hotel and pay a little bit more. It was lovely having a kitchen, went out and bought microwaveable meals and turns out it doesn’t actually work. The television screen was broken and glitching also so it was hard to watch for a long time. Just all in all not really impressed.

Staff was very friendly When we first walked into room there was a strong smell of bleach. Shortly thereafter the was a subtle but pervasive urine odor. The floor was all hard surface, no carpet, so the smell must have been coming from the bed. The shower curtain was barely long enough to stay in the tub resulting in a wet bathroom floor. The outlet next the the bed was loose and when you tried to plug anything in, the entire plug moved. Overall the property needs some serious updating and cleaning.

Location Place is outdated

Don’t stay here. The hallways smell, there is roaches. The property is very unkept. Would have rather slept in my car.
