Extended Stay America Suites White Plains Elmsford

The location had plenty of parking People were sleeping in the hallway.

The breakfast was ok. We appreciated the friendly and helpful staff and the cleanliness of the suite. Actually everything was fine and cooking our own meals was helpful

The TV didn't work and there were blood stains in the bathtub. They did not fix these problems or offer me a different room or a refund. Can Booking.com issue a refund please ?

Clean and helpful staff. Had to wait at front desk for someone to get there twice, but otherwise decent.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Room were cleaned and made our stay a pleasure.

Nothing. Breakfast was not what we expected it was Otis Spunkmeyer muffins individually wrapped, coffee, tea or got chocolate. Oatmeal packets or nutrigrain bars. The room was not clean to standard, there is no room services on weekends so cleaning is on you. There was a power outage, the entire place was pitch black with no back up power or flash lights. This was very dangerous and it was a heat wave.

On expedia they claim free breakfast but there was none. Overall bad experience and I will avoid staying again.

The hotel was clean and the staff was excellent. BUT… the only problem I had was the creepy parking garage behind the hotel. It’s dark and you have a far walk to the elevator. There were many people hanging out in and around the garage drinking and smoking ect. The garage is very dirty and you have to walk by all these people to get to the entrance inside. Not safe for women or kids in my opinion.

Very dated room, old loud refrigerator with painted touch ups, very dated looking bathroom, dirty parking garage with people hanging out smoking and drinking. Not a pleasant environment
