SpringHill Suites by Marriott Tarrytown Westchester County

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good. The grand kids had a great time.

Our bathtub backed up. The engineer came and unclogged it and the tub was left filthy. The next day housekeeping came in and cleaned one half the tub. There was hair on the floor as well. Also the guests above us let their kid stomp around like a maniac (not the Staff's fault) however, I was concerned if we complained the noise would get worse out of spite (again, not the Staff's fault) My son had his own room and housekeeping did not change the toilet paper roll with one sheet of paper on it. I was disappointed because I always stay at Sprighill Suites when I travel for work. This one is not up to par.

We booked this hotel based on its excellent reviews, but unfortunately our experience did not match our expectations. The staff was excellent, helpful, and quick to assist with any requests, which made our stay more pleasant. However, the room did not match the photos advertised. The ceiling had peeling paint and showed signs of water damage, making the room feel poorly maintained. While we truly appreciated the outstanding customer service, I was disappointed that the condition of the accommodations did not reflect the reviews or the listing.

The room was clean.

The breakfast was excellent. The only improvement I would suggest is extending the breakfast hours until 10:30 a.m. In regards the room it's just needs to be a bit modern. The staff were excellent!

Toilet seat would not stay up by itself without persuasion. Fitness center was "indefinitely closed." But the bed was comfy and the wifi worked. And breakfast was ok for a hotel.

Room was clean

I booked a king suite on Expedia. When i arrived at hotel on the day, they only had double bed rooms available. Jayson was at the desk and was not at all helpful. He said that because i booked through a 3rd party (Expedia) then they don’t save the room type that you book. This was not a last minute booking and it was confirmed but he indicated that it was not confirmed by them. I went down to breakfast one day with over an hour left in the time and there was little left and they were not bringing out more. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past but i don’t think i will again. There are four other hotels close by so there is no need to accept poor service there.

Staff was bass courteous concern. Breakfast was excellent, room was immaculate. Staff was very courteous. Area was clean, great parking clean rooms. Staff was excellent, thank you, see you soon.

Second time I stayed here as a convenient location to easily get into NYC by train.

We were on a road trip so at this point we had been to so many hotels, but this once was the best stereotypical hotel. By far the best hotel breakfast, and the rooms were bigger than my one bedroom apartment at home. Definitely would go back!

Clean comfortable room.

The front desk staff was friendly, helpful and gave suggestions for food nearby. The breakfast was always stocked and the food was fresh. The location was perfect. We were close to the Tappan Zee Bridge (Gov Cuomo now) and the train station was just 10 minutes away to take a trip into the city on the Metro North line.
