The hotel loss power it was so hot and unbearable with out power the room was dirty when we arrived spoke with front desk who said it would be handled when we returned that evening the bathroom had not been clean and with the power out no one could come clean it so we were una le to shower

The property is old/dated/in poor repair totally unlike any other Hampton Inn that I have stayed at. My ac unit was squeaking and when I called the front desk to see if we could change rooms the front desk told me to stay in the same room because if I switched to another room the ac may not work as well. Time to put some money into the place or close. You give Hampton Inn a bad name.

When I arrived I requested a late check out. The clerk informed me that I would have a 1pm check out. At 11:30 a rude woman was banging on my room door yelling that i had to check out. I went to the door half dressed and responded the I requested a late check out. Instead of walking away and investigating she continued to attempt to force me out. I waa so upset that it ruined what was suppose to be a quiet reset.

Very convenient location and the price is correct for area. But the property needs some serious upgrades and remodeling. Furniture is very old the years are adding up overall.

Cleanliness did not seem to be a high priority. There was a big stain on the rug, a disintegrating door frame in the bathroom, and a leaky faucet. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is definitely overpriced.

The room seemed to be clean but the toilet kept running and we had to go into the tank and fix it. It still didn’t work right. There was black mold in the shower calk. The place needs an overhaul. The one good thing is that the hotel is near 287 highway.
