Days Inn by Wyndham Elmsford / White Plains

I am very grateful that they refunded our payment for the night we were supposed to stay The room we requested was non-smoking but when we entered it smelled heavily of weed and cigarettes. The sheets and room overall looked very clean but the smell was very strong. We couldnt stay.

Exceptional

10 Nothing

Very good parking staff was very nice and helpful

Great place to stay, extremely friendly and helpful staff

Decent place for the price. Great location for restaurants and for our drive to West Point. Room was fine for what it was and our 2-night stay. Nothing special. It was quiet and easy to get to.

The floors were dirty, there was no hot water, the toilet ran all night, just overall not a great place to stay especially for the price

It's very nice and clean Everything. It's nice and clean, their have a nice breakfast , the staff are wonderful and helpful / it's just a nice place all Around.

Exceptional

This hotel/motel was not up to standards. I felt very unsafe, as there were strange people walking the premises. Upon checkin , i saw a transaction Being conducted in the lobby that frightened me. Run!!!

Dispite the bad weather brought on by a Noreaster event. The accommodations and cleanliness of the facility were excellent. The staff friendly and helpful. I had breakfast the last morning of my stay and it was OK but I would have like some fresh scrambled eggs and some breakfast meats of some kind as I have found in other hotel/motel chains.

Very convenient location! The room felt damp

Clean comfortable room, was renovated so with solid flooring rather than grungy old carpet, makes a big difference. Courteous staff.

The counter persons were very friendly. The room was comfortable.

Stayed for a night it was comfortable enough. The breakfast and staff was great. Room was a bit small

Superb

I’ve been to this location multiple times great place friendly staff this time the cable in my room didn’t work the guy at night was kinda lazy he finally came up after calling 2 times to try and fix the problem to no avail. I feel like I should’ve been compensated for that but I wouldn’t know where to start

The price was right first, but then YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR ! THEY DONT MOP THE FLOOR IN YOUR ROOM !! They miss a lot when cleaning your room , i don't know if they're under a great pressure to turn over the rooms, but they missed a lot !A LOT !! I took a clean new towel from my car and cleaned up dirt and grit , it turned black ! I took it to the front desk and expressed my concern on subject ! They were horrified, bathroom was in bad shape ! This is why I don't do motels, where you come from outside right into your room !

Changed the room… The management needs to give the staff there the means to make it better.

Sheets were dirty
