Days Inn by Wyndham Elmsford / White Plains

This property was a standard hotel stay. Room was accommodating and property was tidy. Beds were not so comfortable and the knob for the shower fell off—meant no shower, only bath. We would stay again in the future for convenience to NYC.

Upon calling the front desk 3 different times that day and everyone telling me the supervisor would return my call…she never did. I even messaged them several times on the Expedia app and no reply. The ants were one thing but then poor service is another.

Had a great experience and a comfortable bed. Staff super helpful and the location was great for that I needed to do.

I went to the front desk to report the issue, and I was initially told that all the rooms were like that. When I asked to cancel my reservation because the room was uninhabitable, I was told I couldn’t. The front desk then said they would send someone to inspect the AC. I waited for over an hour and no one ever came. I contacted Expedia for assistance. They called the hotel, and when they got back to me, they said the front desk claimed that no guest had reported any issue, which was simply not true. At that point, I was so frustrated that I checked out that same night instead of staying for the two nights I had booked. The most disappointing part wasn’t just the broken air conditioner, but the poor customer service and the inaccurate information provided to Expedia. I would not stay here again.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I couldn't get the TV remote to work but never got around to calling the staff so can't say that was their fault.

For an economy overnight stay it was fine. Staff very nice, room clean. Small but okay. AC too loud to use. Breakfast adequate

I had 2 issues. One- the floor was tacky and so I had rio wear shoes in the room. two- The television remote would not change channels. I did not feel comfortable there and did not spend the night.

When we enter in the room the floor has still food crumbs from the previous guests. They asked me how was the room, I told them about the food crumbs but nothing they do about it until we check out. We stayed for 7 nights there, in 2 days we stayed the hair dryer is not working and many times I complained about it they just said they will have someone to fix it. Until we check out the hair dryer was not fixed. Location wise is okay.

I did not like the treatment I received when I checked out late. I’ve spent too much money for the level of disrespect.

Decent place to stay outside of NYC for a couple of nights. Staff was exceptional, room was clean, and area is safe. Worth it for the price for sure!

Breakfast was terrible, instant coffee and nothing hot save the waffles TV didn’t work, electric short in the lamps, no fire doors - could see sunlight around the door, refrigerator not working,
