Very friendly staff and clean well maintained room. Conveniently located near Sleepy Hollow and a nice grocery store. Very comfortable and easy parking.

The stay was fine. Only complaint I have is the water temp in the shower. It was either scalding hot or ice cold. There was no in between and anytime I tried to drop the temp it would shut off the hot water valve and go to straight cold. Attempted to get a good temp for 15 minutes until I eventually just had to stand in the corner of the shower and palm water on myself to wash. Shower.

Enjoyed the property and have stayed there before and will again

Sticky floors and bad smell

Jessica at the front desk was very professional and welcoming.

The hospitality of the staff and great convenient location, close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, etc.

The room was large, clean and has a small fridge to store some stuff. It does not have a restaurant but at least it had an adjacent ‘Stop and Shop’. Breakfast was not so good; no juices, no yoghurt in the 2nd day.

The bed was comfortable, and the Blackout shades were so appreciated.

The jets in the Jacuzzi by the main pool were lacking.

The most basic of basics. The rooms need refurbishing, the restaurant was practically useless, and the Starbucks is open to everyone which makes the lines very long and the parking ridiculous. It's fine, but don't expect usual Sheraton standards.

Stay was okay, room was a bit outdated. Fire alarm light was a bit distracting at night, might have need battery changed. Overall okay.

Marriott Sheraton has great friendly staff, quick checkin check out. Property shows age. Stains on furniture, Tub did not drain. Walls not very well sound proofed enough said. Property is not maintained well. I stay at Marriott properties regularly and this one did not stand up to the brand expectations. Mentioned issues at checkout, was told they would give me Marriott points. There are 3 Marriott properties within 1/2 mile you have options.

The lobby looks nice, and they offer refreshments upon arrival, which was a nice touch. However, the rooms have carpet, and there was a noticeable smell when the AC was turned off. For a pet-friendly hotel, I don’t think carpet is the best choice for the rooms. The walls are also very thin, so you can hear almost everything from the room next door. The pool area could definitely use some updating and better cleaning. The pool didn’t look very clean, and the hot tub looked filthy. They really need to renovate that area, as well as the rooms, so they match the nice appearance of the lobby. On the positive side, there’s a Starbucks, grocery store, and several places to eat nearby. There’s also an all-you-can-eat buffet called UMI about an 8-minute drive from the hotel. Overall, it’s decent for an affordable one-night stay, but I wouldn’t stay here for an extended trip.

Property was nice , great location . Pool and hot tub didnt meet expectation. Hot tub was cold.

We didn't have breakfast, and the next day there was no breakfast because of the holiday. What I liked most was that I could bring my pet along. What I didn't like was that breakfast isn't included.
