Courtyard by Marriott Tarrytown Westchester County

Need adult height toilets.

Loud, rude, unaware neighbors, 8 AM landscapers, extremely expensive self-serve snacks, foods.

Staff was wonderful! Daughter was sick and they were so understanding. Food is good.

Friendliness of staff is a big asset.

We chose to stay in Tarrytown for our July 4th 5 day vacation instead of NYC. It was touted as extremely safe and picturesque and we found it to be both. Had tickets to 3 Yankees games and dinner plans in NYC which we knew would be convenient by train. Having been to NYC many times, this decision was a good one and will do it again. The hotel was just a short cab ride away from the Train Station, quaint downtown Tarrytown and less than a 40 minute contract service ride from and to LGA. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly and our King Room Suite was clean, modern and everything you would expect from a recently remodeled Courtyard. Definitely would recommend!!

TV stopped responding to remote. We then attempted to manually change channels and power TV off from the unit controls. Nothing worked. We had to unplug the TV to turn off. Then it wouldn't turn back on!

Parking was free in hotel's own car park, rooms were clean and well equipped. Breakfast was additional cost at the Starbucks concession in the main lounge/dining area.

Undisclosed charge for parking. Dark room.

I left something in the room and I immediately received an alert of the left behind item and a choice to either get it mailed or picked up

In addition to being a well-run hotel, the setting was unique and gracious.

In general everything was great.

Location Value for the money

Being in a connecting room to strangers and hearing them at 2 a.m…..very loud.

Ild, tired, one elevator for the entire building - definitel a fire hazard! Thin towels, one ply toilet paper! Creepy!

This is supposed to be a business friendly hotel but I could not even do a video meeting because the wifi could not support it, but like everything else in the hotel, you could pay an additional fee for something that comes standard elsewhere.

Really excellent hotel all around. Just as nice as a place far more expensive.

Cool spot with friendly staff.

Quiet. Very difficult to find for an out-of-town person unfamiliar with the area. Overpriced for what we got.

Beautiful location. Gym wasn't clean enough.
