Sleepy Hollow Hotel, a Dolce by Wyndham

I swear there was absolutely no soundproofing at all in my room. I heard screaming and shouting from the pool, the hallway, a phone ringing in another room...it was awful. It was after midnight before it was quiet enough to try to get to sleep. The restaurant was ridiculously overpriced. The only positive thing about my stay were the bath towels...those were great. Everything else was awful.

The experience was great, and the hotel has a great team. We had an un-anticipated challenge due to another guest who disregarded the property rules, and . The staff responded and made the appropriate adjustments to ensure that our stay was unaffected. Great team!

Im sorry but it was not a very pleasant stay. The hallways and room smelled like mildew. The water was backing up in the shower when in use. Thier were stains on the chair in the room. Very disappointed due to the area it was in.

The rooms were dingy and smelled like smoke even though it is a smoke free property. The lighting was dull and the air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted. The staff was lovely. But we were too uncomfortable to sleep in the room that we checked out at around 10:30 pm and that was after waiting an hour from check in to get a room.

Facility needs a cleaning

Todo excelente. Solo me hubiese gustado que incluyera el desayuno.

Bed skirt had visible spills, light in the bathroom was out, lamp was broken, and dirty laundry sat outside our door at time of arrival for several hours. No elevator to use to take luggage to the 2nd floor and poor communication. Womens bathroom in lobby was unable to be used due to renovation. Good location, nice parking...

They hotel caters to a certain religion. Only hours you can use the pool. Was traveling with small children a pool day is a must. Not just certain hours of the day. Had to change my room 2 times. Once because of alot of Aints.

Very clean and quiet place. Breakfast wasn’t complimentary but the pool was a good size over all bed was very comfy room really clean

Love the hotel but do not pay for their breakfast! $28 each for cold food with nothing made fresh. It was awful, the kid took 15 off the bill.
