Stayed here several times, good location, courtyard was pleasant for an evening rest, staff was helpful. Controlling the room temp was an issue and the fan wouldn't turn off. Staff had an engineer solve the problem when we were out for the day. If this weren't an issue, I'd give it a 5 star review.

It was clean and staff was friendly and accommodating My opinion is when you book through a third-party website like Booking.com they do not give you the best room location. Normally at the end of a long hall overlooking a roof with all the AC units as a view.

Cleaning everyday. Elevators were quick. Comfy beds. We had to change two rooms due to humidity.Old small bathrooms. We could hear through the doors between the rooms. Breakfast was average, slow service.

States 2 nights. Very clean room and staff was great. This is a big hotel and my room was a hike from the elevator.
