Pillows were a bit small

The breakfast cleanup at exactly 9:30 while people were still serving themselves. And then have the audacity to get a little miffed when someone asks for the butter that they were putting on their toast that was taken while toasting. I understand that you have a set time but read the room.

Stayed here 1 night, like the location close to PNC Art Center to attend a concert and avoid a long time drive home. Enjoyed earlier check in at 3:00 pm instead of 4:00 pm and check out at noon instead of 11 am. Enjoyed the free breakfast 😋

Water pressure in the c shower was good. Bed was reasonably comfortable. On arrival there was a terrible chemical smell in the lobby. My lady had to run outside for air. The fire alarm in our room kept beeping. Reception said I should remove it. I did but it continued beeping so I brought it to the lobby. Coffee was not very good, breakfast looked totally unappetizing. $343 for one night. We went be back.

When I asked the staff member about the TV and the channel guide, she had no idea what channel the Knicks game is on or could she figure it out?

Friendly and clean The noise level. Around 4-5 AM someone kept opening and slamming the room doors. Woke me up a few times. Very frustrating.

The staff seemed pretty nice, location was decent First room they put us in the toilet seat had urine and blood marks on it. They moved us to another room which was great but an hour later they gave another guest our room and they tried to get into the room . Luckily we were in the room, if we weren’t we are unsure of what would have happened to our belongings .
