There's one thing, the price. I know it's competitive however I don't see why so pricy in that direct area. There are plenty of hotels at different exits that are less. I couldn't stay there during a weekend.

A good basic hotel. Free breakfast (but they shut down a little early!)

Lobby over powering smell of cleaning products. Only down fall with hotel.

Staff were friendly, room was very clean, and it was nice and quiet. The bed was a little hard and some things were a bit dated but it felt safe and comfortable. For the price, it was a great deal!

Pros: All staff from the front desk and housekeeping were helpful and kind. The breakfast bar food was always a good temp and there were plenty of options to choose from. Our room was clean and everything worked as it should (TV, shower, etc.) Parking lot always had several spots available. The location of the hotel was perfect because everything from food, beaches, and stores were all just minutes away if you were driving. You could walk to some places as well. The area and hotel are safe. Areas of improvement: The scent in the lobby/hotel common area could be overwhelming anytime you first walk in. It’s not horrible, but it can be off putting. The hallways and rooms could use some updating. New carpet, new chairs, maybe a fresh coat of paint. Again, it’s not dirty, but it does feel outdated. Conclusion: We would come back and recommend to others. The price was fair for what we got. The hotel just needs a little updating.

Our ceiling was leaking right above our toilet so in order to go to the bathroom in the morning we had to put a towel over our head so we didn’t get nasty. Water dripped all over us. We spoke to the woman at the front desk and requested a refund or a partial refund and she said she would “put it on her manager‘s desk“ and no one ever got back to us.
