Very clean, friendly staff, ample parking, very good breakfast Mattress was a little uncomfortable, it’s a coil mattress. Mattress comfort varies from person to person and others might find it very comfortable. I did sleep well, though!

Breakfast buffet was a step up from the usual. Room, including bed, very comfortable and clean. Just needed it as a place to sleep for two nights and it did that job well. Nice to see they had a fitness center, but I didn't use it. Really liked proximity to train station; could have walked to it if necessary and gotten to both NYC or Monmouth Park/Long Branch for beach.

Free parking! Awesome. Parking costs were a shock while visiting up here.

I thought the staff was very friendly. The location was central and good and also it was close to Keyport which has amazing coffee and walkable aspect as well as great views. I feel like the hallways are very very dated and have not been updated in decades. Besides that the staff was excellent and they allowed me to check an hour later, but then unfortunately my key was not programmed to stay an hour later, so I would have had to run up and down if it happened while I was getting ready to leave, but I only noticed when I went back to double check my possessions and the room key was locked.

Good value for the money. The room was clean and comfortable although my husband complained about the hard bed. My only suggestion would be to add more light to the hallways. I spent too much time fumbling in the poor lighting for my key card. I’m not a fan of most hotel free breakfasts. The selection is limited for those with dietary restrictions. Some non dairy options could help.

We will definitely be staying again, next time we visit New Jersey.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly The light in the bathroom was on the outside so when you doing your thing anyone in that room can turn the light off. The beds were uncomfortable. The free breakfast was ok the eggs and sausage were cold.

The location was a short uber ride to PNC arena. The bed and linens were uncomfortable.

Location is good. And parking is very easy. The staff was friendly. I walked to the room & it smelled. I had to turn on the AC for a while to get rid of the smell. Also, the breakfast was so bad. The bagel is not fresh, and the yogurt was so diluted & tasted bad. Even the toilet paper in the bathrooms was of a very bad quality.
