I had a great two night stay. It was a peaceful atmosphere. I loved my room size it was perfect. The bed was comfortable, my room was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend to family and friends.

Great price for the value. Friendly staff onsite resturant Floor plan of the building but once I figured it all out it was OK.A little bit of a maze to get around

Rooms are inconsistent in design and showing signs of wear. Thermostat will NOT go below 67 (I've started in 2 different rooms). The room windows all face in to the hallway and not outside. By far, the most odd hotel design I've ever seen.

The room was clean but definitely kind of meh maintenance. We had a broken towel rack in our room and the holes were just filled with like putty. They left a screw driver and some screws in there so something was definitely just getting fixed when we had checked in. We were there for a concert so honestly it was fine for what it was. The AC does not go past 67 and it just shuts off and kicks back on once its about 67. It was on and off every 5 minutes lol thats my only complaint. THE RESTAURANT IS AMAZINGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Make sure the hours for the pool is open. Check bed linen because may have been changed or not. If handicap accessible on the first floor you may have a longer walk to elevator. Especially if you book through a third party staff will be reluctant to accommodate you for whatever you medical handicap is.

The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were so soft. We slept amazing . I loved the Mexican restaurant in the hotel the food was so good and it is so convenient being right there. The room was clean and the front desk staff were very polite and helpful. I will be coming back in November for my birthday.

The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The tub and the top of the shower curtain rod. I had the handicapped room and the handle to turn the water cold hot was sooo hard to turn. The staff was super nice and friendly. Lastly the breakfast we paid for at the restaurant next door Viva Margarita was not cooked enough, the coffee was cold. It was a one man show. He had to do everything by himself. He did the best he could.

The closeness to PNC banks art center! The staff were very unapproachable. The bedding had stains on it. Fire alarm went off all night and the front desk was AI when we called to make sure there wasn’t a fire.

The location and ease of access in relation to the concert venue is great. Everything we could possibly need during our stay was quite near. Really appreciated the 7brew next door. Also the beds are super comfy and the a/c was great. I didnt like the fact that we couldn't stay longer! Next time I think I will try to book an extra day to unwind.

Mostly quiet.. Only complaint was the fire alarm going off for over an hour before getting shut off
