Keep the rooms clean staff very helpful

Ok so the room was huge and spotless. The reception lady was kind and fast. But this place is like being in a weird movie where thugs start to surround the property and are sitting in dark spots, walking around the parking lot, and patrolling. A woman thought my bf was calling her to his car (he was calling me) and she went and got in his car. Lol. We kept checking out the window to make sure our cars were ok but nothing happened. It's very sketchy. It could be hella nice cuz the rooms are nice and huge n great ac. Great shower. Fridge. Microwave. Bed is comfy. Nice sheets. No bed bugs. But I wouldn't go there again. Checked the news articles and apparently quite a few deaths and incidents. Gotta clean this place up

Property was dirty staff was not helpful at all didn’t even stay the second night because of the filth. No refund Just disgusting

Towels were stained. Bathroom was not clean and toilet seat was all marked up and looked filthy. Toiletries were all empty.

Rooms were not the best, towels were full of stains, bathrooms dirty and it smelled so bad like something spoiled…. and on top of that it had a strong smoke odor that was quite unbearable.

Clean rooms, Good staff, great parking.

The staff was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The price point was good for a weekend rate. The room looks like it is going through a poorly done renovation. When you go down for breakfast you can only eat in room 5. You may not take food up to your room. The food selection is very minimal. The pool and the jacuzzi are not available for use due to the renovations and they are both empty.

They have smoking rooms No bucket or bag to get ice that you had to walk to the office for. No complementary soap to wash your hands with..

1st room i was given was not ready beds were not made and a tray of spoiled food was in the foom making it smell awful. The second room i was give the fridge was defrosted and filled with water shower curtain was dirty the whole bathroom Was pretty bad. The pool was empty and unusable also all in all not a great place i would would say spend the extra 100 or so and just stay in the Temecula murrieta area.

The most disgusting place I ever stayed at. Too much noise the door didn’t close all the way disgusting room

Warning warning…. Please do not stay here!!!! Absolutely disgusting. I wanted to leave but we couldn’t get my money back. The place has homeless people everywhere in the parking lot. People outside of rooms at all hours drinking and smoking. The rooms were so dirty I went to target to buy sheets to put over the bedding and pillow. I bought a broom and swifter to clean the floors. The towels they had were all stained with grease. It says recently remodeled when the 90’s??? No one was ever at the front desk. It was always locked. You had to use the night window. And they took 20 mins to get there. I had to kids with me and when we were watching a show it started to connect to someone’s phone who was watching porn!!! It happened 4 times my kids saw it. I called multiple times to the front desk to complain and no one answered of course. This place is a poop hole. People live there. DO NOT STAY THERE

It advertised a pool however the pool was empty and dirty. We requested and booked a kig size bed however when we got there the attendant advised they had given our room away. Then acted bother when we asked why? There were certain rooms where the public "traffic" was unusually high. Floors were sticky and dirty. And the shower pressure was almost non existent. It took me twice as long to rinse properly. Definitely never staying here again.

Lady at front desk was nice. Room door looked like it had been kicked in. There was dirt and trash just inside the door, and by the sink. There was wires hanging down from the ceiling looked like where the smoke detector was. We got 2 queen beds both had little black things on them. First bed had what looked like a pee stain and black stains on it. Toilet had pee marks running down the front of it. I have pictures of all of it. Also pool had no water in it.

The room was dirty, the floors look like they hadn't been sweep let alone mopped in a while. The white bed sheets had black stains from shoes, cigarette burns and makeup on them. Had to go to the store to buy some blankets to sleep on. The towels were stains and had holes in them. Only good part it had a fridge and microwave. Did not feel comfortable or safe here. Wound not reccomend.

It's ok for pit stop journey, bedsheets not clean , rooms not clean
