Motel is ghetto and doors show signs of break ins

Great location and nice staff… unfortunately with the last minute booking we ended up missing some things.

This whole stay was just okay. Room was nice. Had to pay .50 cents for ice, which is usually included. Was told by front desk that I could not have any guests come over, which is so strange, I have never been told that, ever!

Never had a toaster before and I appreciated it a lot. The bathroom door needs to be replaced because of damage at the bottom but it didn’t interfere with anything. Nice large fridge with freezer section was really nice. In the food preparation area I would cover the top of the working area with something easier to clean. Wood gets sticky. The tv was something I had never seen before and I had to get it explained to me more than once. Great picture though. I had to smile at the iron and ironing board. Being 83, I am fully familiar with one. Don’t know about today’s people. This will be the place I stay in Hemet. It is also well lit and cozy.

When I arrived at the hotel room, there were one or two hairs on the pillows and in the bathroom. The bed was made poorly with one sheet NOT tucked on top of the bed. There was NO room attendant to clean the sheets and provide new towels or complimentary soap. Complaining is useless as the personnel have a "you do not pay me enough attitude. The website shows clean, modern photos, but when you get into the room, you will see wear and tear on the furniture, with some kind of baked-in substance on it. In all, the property has drug users walking around it and has the feeling of a sick place to stay. Not safe for children. I will not stay here again.

Don’t be fooled by all the positive reviews—they did not reflect the condition of the motel I stayed in. Pay close attention to the negative reviews because they were much more accurate based on my experience. I would never stay here again. .

Rooms are outdated. We requested a non smoking room but it stink of cigarettes as soon as we walked inside. The blankets and everything in there looked like from the 70s. I will never stay there again.

Disgusting, roach within 5 mins of arrival. The room smelled like urine . Towels were filthy. The blankets had burn holes/ cigarette burns on both beds. Homeless people walking around the parking lot. The counters were filthy with and sticky . It looked like someone was in our room hanging out right before we checked in. Don’t do it

The rooms are not clean and trying to get a refund for the room is nearly impossible.

This is a good place

Roaches and smells horrible like curry and hot dog water. Rooms run down, no amenities.
