Requested room on first floor due to wife's medical issues. We were told none were available, even though there were only 6 vehicles in the parking lot. We were assigned third floor rooms instead. The first room we were assigned had an obnoxiously loud a/c unit. The front desk moved us to another room. That room had ants swarming over the desk. The beds were old and hard, sleep was not comfortable. The bathroom was good, everything worked. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was 7/10. Parking was plentiful.

The reception was good, not exactly dressed for success in representing the company, but friendly. There was a dead lizard in our bathroom and a huge gap under our door. So we stuffed bath towels under the door and the adjoining door to the room next door.

We loved our stay in this hotel. We arrived late but everything was ready. Simple hotel and everything we needed. The front desk staff could not have been nicer, she was wonderful. We had a soaking whirlpool tub that came in handy as we had been hiking all day. Great breakfast and a perfect stop. We loved Henderson and we would absolutely stay here again if we returned!
