Holiday Inn Express Henderson N Evansville South by IHG

From check in to check out everything was great! Friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast items and pretty good coffee too (which is usually hard to find in hotels). The whole property felt safe and clean and was close to dining options nearby. I will be staying here again to attend the Henderson music festival next year!!

Everything was clean, quiet, and location was near everything. When we return we will stay here again.

The room was perfectly clean, the pool was big enough for kids to play, and the breakfast was great. My son freaked out over the real pancake robot lol

I'm partial to Holiday Inn Express. This may not have been as nice as some but definitely better than my alternatives. Staff was excellent.

Room was good. Breakfast wasn't ready on time. Pool area had 1 towel so had to ask for them.

The bed was so comfortable! Staff was so kind (Thank you, Ryan!) and the breakfast was great. It was quiet and clean.

Absolute worst hotel experience that I have ever had; arrived to the hotel at 2am after driving 6 hours straight was checked in fine and even pushed my reservation to the next business day so I wouldn't have to check right back out right away so I was told, but at 9:30am the cleaning staff was knocking to clean my room so I told them no thanks. 11:05 the cleaning staff returns pounding on the door saying they need to clean I again say no thanks. 11:25 my cell phone rings with the lady from the front desk yelling at me that the cleaning staff needs me out of the room so they can clean it because Im not suppose to be there; very confused I explained my receipt and email confirmation all said that I check out the next business day she replied "that's incorrect and you need to leave". I didn't feel that the attitude and extremely poor taste of customer service was necessary. Needless to say I will not be staying here again nor suggest anyone else does as well.

The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is something that can’t be fixed—the traffic is terrible and loud.

I paid your rates because of the pool lift. The pool wasn't clean even if the lift had been working. The TV stopped working and the desk was called. The man said he was new and you didn't have anyone that could fix it. Breakfast: biscuits were hard, eggs were horrible. Your pancake machine didn't work. The water faucet on the whirlpool tub leaks. Shower pressure was nonexistent. The mattress was good. I feel that you owe me a refund.

Didn’t like that the room didn’t have a couch bed like listed on the website .

The staff were very nice. The room was very clean. The location was also good. Could have a better selection for breakfast. The bathroom had only one turn on and off so it had the fan noise constantly.
