Check-in process was horrible. Had to wait 1.5 hours after 3 pm check-in time to get room. No apology from staff for delay.

The property exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful with a large bathroom and walk in shower. The property had many restaurants on site, was clean and well maintained. The pool looked amazing but we didn’t have time to use it. We really enjoyed our stay.

Booked us at the farthest end of the hall despite low attendance. Room was freezing. View was poor mini-bar does not inform guests that if you lift the jar for 30 seconds you will be charged. Coffee at Lucky Penny sent back on consecutive days for being cold. Staff actually went to a different room to get hot coffee.

The hotel was perfect for my husband and myself. From the moment we arrived all of the staff were accommodating and friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean with a beautiful view of the pool and mountains. The gym and pool were lovely. I wish we could stay longer and we look forward to returning in The future. We were there during the week so we enjoyed the relaxed vibe
