The breakfast was good. There was a lot of families in the lobby. I preferred the nighttime staff over the daytime staff, but they were both good. It says there’s a shuttle to the airport, but they really call you a Lyft. And I first lift canceled and had to redo so it took me longer to get there. I just wasn’t what I was expecting. I’m happy that I was still able to get to the airport. but as a solo female traveler, it’s not what I was expecting.

Although it was having renovations done, areas were still tidy and neat and the noise was minimal. Nothing

Location was a safe area with many stores and restaurants nearby. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs.

The entire building was being remodeled. I think we would have chosen elsewhere since this was a post surgical stay. But the room was clean and comfortable. Access in and out was handy and everything went well. Might be helpful to warn your guests that construction was in progress prior to booking.

The quality of customer service. Wow!! Felt as if I had just arrived to a private resort. The most professional staff I have met in person without paying a fortune. I wish Booking would make it mandatory to report if under maintenance during the booking process. I picked this hotel exactly for the swimming pool and it was under construction when we got there. Aside from this particular instance, it has happened to us before. When it was 110 degrees, we wished the pool that was in the DESCRIPTION would have been actually AVAILABLE.

We arrived late into the evening but that didn’t stop Daniel from providing us a warm welcome. He understood we were tired from traveling, gave us all the important information, amenities, breakfast times, promptly & very kind. The room size is perfect for a couple. But, let me get to the bed & pillows. By far, the best and most comfortable I have ever been. My body melted into the mattress & my head felt nestled in a cloud. So of course, we missed breakfast due to sleeping in. But that was ok because the hotel has several restaurants near by. We will definitely be returning here.
