Be aware the hotel key needs to be in the slot on the wall to the left of the entry door to ensure the AC is keeping your room comfortable; otherwise, it runs at an ambient temperature while you are gone during the day but is too warm at night to sleep comfortably.

Bed sheet was torn. Towels inadequate. Coffee in lobby was bitter suggesting filters and reservoirs have not been regularly cleaned. The bedroom carpet in room 405 had a huge stain in the center. The room seemed shabby and dreary. An entirely disappointing experience. I know you can do better than this.

We got a 2 bedroom/2 bath with a balcony! Excellent room, clean, comfortable, and we enjoyed it, would definitely come back. Breakfast was good, front desk service also good, parking safe and easy, in a great general area of stores, restaurants, etc. We were close to family who live there.

It was a beautiful room. The breakfast was great as well. The staff was amazing.

Rooms were a bit in the outdated side, but the rooms and the property were clean. You can tell they were constantly maintaining.

Free breakfast was beyond gross. Coffee tasted like muddy water. Toilet didn’t flush. The grates on the room A/C were broken off while the A/C sounded like a generator that was malfunctioning. I couldn’t use the A/C based on the sound. Overall, would not stay there again if free. Definitely would not pay good money to stay there. The hotel probably was decent in the 70’s and has not been upgraded since that time.

The shower was slippery and hard to use. The beds super uncomfortable. I’ve stayed here a few times but this time, the place is showing its age and needs repair.

The room was super clean and comfortable. I had no complaints about the room. It was a little frustrating that we had no towels in either bathroom of our room, so we had to go to the desk and ask for them. Overall I would still recommend this place, it was very nice.

The pool was not clean, had ro get the skimmer myself and tey to clean it a little. It never got better over our 5 night stay.
