Front desk was terrible, weren’t prompted or welcoming. They seemed annoyed & not willing to help much. Overall had a bad experience at check in.

This was a staycation for us. We had a great time and were well taken care of during our stay,

The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The restaurants were lovely, and the food was delicious with a great variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for tranquility and a place where you can truly relax and unwind. It is the perfect destination to escape from the stress of everyday life. Without a doubt, I would love to come back and stay here again in the future.

Our experience was great we have a wonderful time the only negative I will say is that the close the pool at 6, they need to have it open at least until 9

Staff was very friendly from front desk to all staff that we walked by. Everyone said hello with a smile!

The hotels looks good but just in pictures.but went you get to the property is terrible..is like a ghost hotel . Everything is durty. The spa and sauna is really durty. It feels like some rats are going to come out of the sauna. I stay for 5 minutes in the sauna and some little insects where coming out of the wood. It was really durty. I would never stay in the hotel.

Not enough shops open

The front desk staff were rude. I booked a room with two double beds a month ago and when I checked in they didn’t have enough so we were moved to a room with a king bed and a roll away bed. Roll away beds are not comfortable!! The front desk staff acted as if it was no big deal and and acted as if I should go somewhere else if I wasn’t happy. I told them I was coming from out of state and it was already 4:30 by then so of course I’d have to suck it up and take the room. They were so dismissive and unhelpful! Then there was hair on the pillow cases in the room and a makeup stain on another pillow. Never going there again!

stayed for the Fourth of July had an awesome day. The only thing that I did not like check in at 4 and the pool closed at 6 I’m not sure if that’s normal because it was a holiday. had a room with a Lakeview that my son absolutely loved. And easy to go to the village to watch the fireworks and head back upstairs once done. Overall, it’s pretty fantastic.

Staff was extra helpful and accommodating.

There was nothing to brag about. The little complimetary shampoos, conditioners and lotions were not there, instead were huge bottles of them that wer bolted down. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable and the only amenity we had was coffee. There wasn't even a refirgerator with cold drinks or food. There was no Continetal Breakfast and the Buffet was more expensive then ordering individualy. For overall the price we paid we could have stayed down the road at the Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort like we did last year, which we have decided to do from now on.

This was the best one yet!

And, the POOL. Closes at 6PM. Are you kidding me? The check in starts at 4PM. It's the desert yo! in the summer, how are you closing the pool so early? The lady at the pool bar was nice but the drinks were definitely overpriced. Here's the thing, the people working here and maybe the managers totally forgot this was a Hilton, not Motel 6. No wonder the place was almost empty. Shame. Shame. Shame.

The place is amazing

It was just the one problematic front desk clerk who made the stay feel less than exceptional.
