Well, this old Westin is getting dated and really needs a makeover. Everything is ok, but not exceptional by any means. My room was only partially cleaned when I arrived, the mini fridge was full of the last guest’s stuff and there were dirty bandaids on the floor.

The location was beautiful. We asked for housekeeping to come and never showed up. Very disappointing. Also the signage for the restaurant was not clear. It seemed to have been missing a few steps.

Great size room for a couple’s staycation. Unfortunately the one thing we did notice was that you can end up in a shared room and that is a risk of getting loud guests next door. Fortunately

Room was dirty. Hair was left on the bathroom floor. Shower did not drain well. Door lock was having issues. Kids were running the hallway late at night and kicked our door at 11pm and ran off. Property is hard to navigate and rough around the edges.

Location Hostess at breakfast, sheets are rough and because they only use top sheets they come untucked all night. Dirty coffee cup lid only 2 little creams for in room coffee.

This Westin was in the worst shape of any Westin I have stayed at. The room looked to be recently remodeled but the tub had rust and chips out of the surface. There was no couch or seating - just a giant space in the room. The amenity hours are ridiculously short. The hallway was a mess of partial construction. The pool had trash floating. Everything was overpriced. Our $26 in-room breakfast (according to menu prices) was charged $48 on our bill. Don’t fall for the $25 food & beverage credit. We ended up $23 out of pocket (after the credit) for a plate of fruit, 2 sausage links and an 8oz glass of orange juice. They shouldn’t be allowed to use the Westin name. On a positive note, Lake Las Vegas and surrounding area is beautiful… I would go back & stay at a different hotel.
