Overall experience was great! Will be staying here again and recommending. Nice and clean rooms inside, the only thing I can say here is we had a resort/lake view but the outside of the windows were dirty so that was a small drawback. The staff at Ricks cafe were amazing and very attentive. Front desk attendants were very professional and welcoming. Pool with slide for the kids was great, towels were just a little hidden but we found them. Thank you for making it a nice stay.

Todo está muy limpio y ordenado todos fueron amables excepto un chico del área de bebidas en la alberca se estaba burlando que mi inglés no es muy bueno eso pasó el sábado primero de agosto a eso de la 1 pm me hizo sentir muy incómoda

AC was out in the room, rooms not as pictured online. Did not like the hotel.

Upon arrival the valet was closed prior to the time that was posted for closure. When I asked at check in if someone could help me because I had my leg in a boot/cast and had to park for away they would not. They just told me I’d have to self park and that it advertises valet closes at 11 but they usually close at 10:55. It was 10:54 when we arrived. Also, the bathroom floor and shower in our room were disgusting. Hairs, grime, what looked like either mold or some gross dark brown goop in the corners and between tiles was everywhere. I called to report and they said no one was available to clean it until the morning. We needed to shower for an early appointment so we had to leave early. We were never offered another room and only the comment someone in the morning was the best they could do and sorry but she herself could not go up to the room to clean it herself. The next morning I spoke with manager Wendy and she was the only good thing about that place. She listened and allowed me to explain everything that happened. I sent her photos and video of everything. I asked to please not be charged for the last night so I could go somewhere else to get another room. Without even asking she refunded me for the entire stay. Wendy was wonderful. Unfortunately the night staff was not and their cleaning staff needs to be reminded of how to properly clean a bathroom.

The rooms were clean but the air conditioning was not working properly, it didn’t cool enough no matter what temperature we programmed. The upper pool was closed all during our stay and the hot tub was closed as the well advertised restaurant.

Such a beautiful Resort inside but the outside can use some work, stayed with the fam for 4 days and sadly was only able to use upper pool once during our stay because it was under construction, hot tubs were closed and access to lake was closed my whole stay,but overall great place to relax and sleep.

Staff is friendly from front desk to all staff that we walked by saying Hello with a smile on their face!

We stayed here for a basketball tournament and the facilities were clean. The beds were soft and the rooms were large enough for a family of four. It’s located in a beautiful location. We have been here before and we will return.
