Excellent place very clean

Very disappointed, I booked a one bedroom luxury suite two weeks before my hotel stay and the website said pay when I arrive. I had my two kids with me and my two brothers come, but then I get to the hotel and they end up giving my suite to someone else because they tried charging my card before I arrived and it was declined even though I wasn’t supposed to be charged until I got the hotel . I arrived only 30 minutes after check in and they already gave my room away. Really sucks we were cramped in a small room , and when I asked for a roll away bed they took 2 hours to bring it up and didn’t even bring it until we had to call and remind them . Ridiculous. Very disappointed. I used to love this hotel but it’s not fair they gave my room away. My entire family was excited and they kind of ruined our day.

No shuttle to the village on holidays. Had to uber, $50 each way for 1.5 miles and a 4 minute drive. Food was excellent on the property though.

A special thank you to Saul in the recreation area. He was incredibly helpful and made sure our daybed reservation was taken care of, which made our day even more enjoyable. We were traveling with our two pups, and when I realized I had forgotten our poop bags, the staff kindly gave me not only a roll but also an entire pack. That thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We truly appreciate the outstanding hospitality and look forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

Just the lake view that I was attracted to. It’s my fault that I was not aware of pets in the hotel and they were too many of them and I have to keep myself distance due to asthma and the carpet in the room was way too old that looks nasty that added up my worries of asthma attacks . The TV was not working too . So seemed my stay was not really comfortable. And also , I know it was the July 4th but that’s not excuse to have dirty pools in the surrounding with empty cans and plastic glasses and some of them floated on the pool. I took some pictures of them. Safety? I haven’t seen guards around the pool where people were drinking around the pool. I decided not to dip into the pool at all. Sorry , this is just my experience where excitement turned into worries and frustration.

Nice beautiful place lake view

Lake Las Vegas has nothing to recommend it. I was attending a BroadwayCon conference which went smoothly enough. The hotel services, however, were a confused mess. From opening times to HORRENDOUS service at the ONLY coffee/snack spot open for ever changing hours, to confusion with room keys/cards (though desk service was pleasant throughout the confusion). Food choices are limited and mediocre Some kind of organization - some kind of sundries shop somewhere.

Very elegant property with an awesome friendly staff. Rooms where very large and comfortable. Pool areas were great as there are 2 pools. Forget the beach as it was swampy and the grounds need some clean up. Come on Marriott. You can do better on the outside maintenance. The food in Ricks Cafe was amazingly great and very reasonable for an upscale resort. Most of all the staff was incredible. Every person made you feel welcome Way to go! Best staff

Everything was amazing! I absolutely loved this place. It was beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The peaceful atmosphere made my stay even more special. I highly recommend it 100%! I would definitely come back without a doubt.

We had to change rooms twice (3 different rooms); the first room was certainly NOT premium and turns out wasn't supposed to be in their inventory (even though we were told it was an "upgraded room". The TV was small and old and didn't have a cable box and then didn't work. They moved us to another room and the AC didn't work and the bathtub fixtures were broken. The 3rd room was remodeled with a lake view and was very nice.

Staff did their best. Room was not available at appropriate check in time...had to wait an hour for a room. When finally got a room, the AC was not working and had to deal with getting new room and moving luggage. Front desk staff and Manager tried to fix and it was appreciated. Would definitely give them another try as property is ver nice.

Peaceful nice

We love this property and our kids really enjoy the pool and slide. Th pool was not as clean as they used to be with a lot of debris and plastic cups in the water. But oversall, we love it here.

Amazing place to stay. Only thing is no meal room service just snacks. We will stay here again!

It was pretty It was outdated and the room was so hot. The A/c didn’t work and my babies and I were sweating all night

Also the room was VERY clean and well kept, but the outside areas are subject to all the birds on the lake, so it was difficult to find places to sit/lean in the outdoor areas that didn’t have bird poop on them.
