The Front Desk staff and the Manager George went over and beyond the call of duty to help me. Specifically. Expedia.com had me scheduled this check in on December 2, 2026! The hotel found my confirmation number, but found the input error. I APPRECIATE the aforementioned individuals help; not sure if I will use Expedia.com going forward.

We choose to stay here regularly when visiting family. Its nice and clean, which is the most important thing for us!

Good hot breakfast with egg white omelette, pork and turkey sausage, French toast and seasoned potatoes. Those also oatmeal, muffins, cinnamon buns, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, milk coffee etc

Our family of 5 stayed 1 night and it was great. We had 2 queen beds and a sofa and everyone slept comfortably. The place was away from Boulder City by a couple of exits and a couple of exits away from Henderson and places to eat. This would be a great place to stay overnight if someone wanted to gamble next door at the casino.

The staff at this hotel have seriously gone downhill. Used to be very nice and accommodating. There were no towels at the pool, so I asked for some before we got in and was assured someone would being them out. No one came. EVER. Had to walk wet into the gym to grab some small towels to dry off. No apologies from the front desk when I talked to them, "oh he must have been busy". It doesn't take that long to walk a few towels out to your guests at the pool. Do better.

I had no issues from checking in to checking out and during my stay. The staff was amazing the room was amazing I would stay there again. Very close to the Hoover dam and close enough to the strip but far enough away to enjoy some peace
