There were 3 of us staying there and the shower was so disgusting that none of us could shower. Then, I didn’t realize that it was completely connected to the casino (it looked like a separate tower). That was my bad. We drove around the whole building to try to find the hotel entrance and there were no signs or anything except the casino entrance so we went to the main entrance and had to walk through the whole smoke filled casino to get to the front desk to check in. There is a door by the hotel check in, but there are no signs outside and it’s on the side of the building so then we had to walk outside to our car at night with no one around which felt unsafe. The rooms are supposedly non smoking but the casino and elevator smelled strongly of smoke so it didn’t really matter. On the upside, the rooms weren’t small and the beds were fine.

So, to begin with, the 2nd building on the property is actually the one I needed to book, as the Railroad pass does NOT have a pool or free breakfast, even though at check in I said I was looking forward to doing some laps. Then after sending messages to the hotel prior to arrival about a room with a tub, they said I had to pay an additional $20 to have a tub. They also d I vinformed of their "pet friendly' listing that they do not recognize ES certified animals, so there would be a $60 deposit for them to stay. One of my pups didn't like the energy and flipped out so husband got him and I put the other pup in car for him to take home. So, they still charged a deposit when they didn't stay and charged for the next night that no one stayed. I have not received the ficticous deposit back. And their rate for locals is $49 a night, we were charged $71 Sunday and $74 for Monday(we left at 4sm Monday morning plus the deposit, paid $286 to stay from 5pm Sunday until 4 am Monday. To add insult to injury, when I went to desk to inquire about the pool they said the other hotel their sister building had a pool and they own both, but I could not swim there. Just horrific!!!

No mini fridge or microwave in the room. Streaming service kept freezing or not loading at all. Cable TV was in the top left only shiny on 1/8 of the screen (not joking). Shower is a tight corner. This place needs a desperate renovation.

Thin walls could clearly hear adjoining room tv, casino carpet filthy not just dirty, noisy environmental unit, beds and bathroom was clean and nice. Overall for the price paid I feel I got my money’s worth.

Not used to going into a motel lobby to an invisible cloud of pervasive cigarette smoke, but I suppose that's a Vegas/Henderson/Nevada thing. Looks like they've made an attempt to update the rooms, but the A/C unit is very old and loud (good thing, because we could use it as white noise to screen the sound of our neighbor talking for hours, but didn't help when guests were dancing or something in the room above us). Took 20 minutes to find the hidden panel to get to the control on the A/C unit - maybe that's on us? Carpet very old, controls on the shower felt like they were going to fall off yet were hard to move, but I guess worked. Not my favorite night, but the bed was decent. Don't eat there unless you want to risk an undercooked, red patty melt with grease-soaked bread. We didn't get sick. We survived.

We stayed like 2 years prior and wow did it decline, we actually had 2 room and one of the main front door of the room had like a 1in gap in it , no toiletries or towels - acted like handing out gold when asking for towels. Some staff was nice some were rude !

the staff is very mindful and accommodating and to our needs. I will recommend this property to all my friends and family.

We come here a few times per year because we like the location. Unfortunately, this time was the worst. The room was so disgusting. The toilet seat was dirty with stains. The floor of the shower was falling apart and dirty. It feels like I would get hepatitis every time I step on it. One of the mattress was so old and stunk like urine. We could not use it. The cover sheet was covered in dog hair. There was one tissue left in the tissue box. There was no conditioner in the bathroom. It was very disappointing. We had bug bites behind our neck and ear after. We would appreciate some compensation since we booked multiple days at holiday weekend rate and our experience was horrible. We always left specific instructions so we can get a quiet room yet the staff never followed every time.

My handicap room had a tub bath that wasn't handicap accessible. The bathroom toilet was broken and had to be fixed as well as the light. My regular room had the stand up shower that should have been in the handicap room and then the shower leaked causing the restroom floor to become super wet and slippery. They staff was helpful but was unable to accommodate giving us new rooms.

Overall, the condition was on the shabby, run down side, but for the price it was at least a bed. But unfortunately no shower...it didn't work. Wouldn't turn on all the way or off. Just dribbled the whole time. Let the front desk know but essentially was shrugged off. Told that we would need to reach out to Expedia for any refund or discount.
