No shampoo in the showerdispenser. The bathroom sink drained VERY slowly. The shower doors were not installed on the level hense they both rolled to one end of the tub. There was no door stop on the bathroom door, hence there is a hole in the wall from the door Handel hitting the wall. The table in the room is very unstable, when putting any weight in it it tilted about 10 degrees. The carpets in the casino were starting to show there age. I had prime rib in the steakhouse resteraunt and it was Excelant, the best part of the whole stay. Walking through the smoke filled casino to get to the steakhouse then back through the smoke filled casino after dinner to get back to my room my clothing became saturated with that old cigerate ashtray stench that was still there after hanging them up to air out over night. That was the worse part of the stay

This hotel smelled very strong of cigarette smoke. It was okay but the worst part was I felt the bed had like bugs that were biting me all night. For the price I should have got another hotel in Vegas.

I would stop here again if I was in town for work. Staff are nice, pleasant and helpfull.

The casual restaurant is open 24 hours, where we had excellent meals about 8 PM. The entrance is not well marked, but it is directly across from the Holiday Inn entrance. One of those if you know where it is, you know where it is. If not, then not. The beds, carpet, and bathroom were clean. The beds were very comfortable. The room also had a fresh smell. The hotel is non smoking, but the outside smoking area is just outside the entrance so it reeks of smoke when you enter. A few of the machines even had ash trays, so I suspect some of the gamblers are also rebels.

always very helpful staff and the food is excellent

Our sheets weren’t cleaned. We found a vape, a cigarette, and other garbage on the floor. Clearly they did not even the bare minimum to clean the room.

Everything was amazing! The staff were beyond exceptional. From the ladies checking you in to the restaurant staff. So amazingly polite and thankful for you being there. The property was clean and cute dog park. 10/10 will def stay again

The dog area was nice. The room was good but lacking amenities. Would stay again if it wasn’t for the extremely strong cigarette smell that hits you as soon as you open the door. It usually doesn’t bother me but this was STRONG!! Not able to spend any time downstairs because of it. Couldn’t even eat there!

Was nice and cool in the room when we arrived, which is very nice on a day that was 110

Price was right for a one night stay in Las Vegas on business. Have never been to a casino, did not use that amenity. The Dog Park for the pets was kind of smelly in the registration desk area of the hotel. Probably will never go back because it is a casino. But our room was clean and the staff was excellent.

Staff everywhere was wonderful! All in all room was very clean.
-
Clean, no fridge or microwave though. Comfortable bed
-
Not having microwave these days or fridge. Everywhere has less and less. First shower head didn't work and I didn't figure it out until I checked out and a friend bought me another day.
-
Entrance and egress through a somewhat seedy and smoky casino was not pleasant.
-
Not enough towels for 3 people let alone 4 people in the room. The towels were all small towels. Breakfast was ok for the price. No elevator for 2nd floor. Staff was friendly though.
-
Room was ok and decent value but next time will stay elsewhere.
