Location We were given a standard room and it was nothing special. Toilet and shower could use updating.

Location is convenient for visiting Hoover Dam Only way to enter the non smoking hotel rooms was via the very smoky ground floor casino. Rooms were not soundproof so we couldn't help but hear everything you going on next door.

The casino is Charming they are very fair with their promotions and food comps The staff at the Players Club (at least this day, two guys) could use a little education on customer service as they were not the friendliest. The hotel room, I don't like the idea now that it's an upcharge (20.00) if you want a small refrigerator and or microwave so if you have medicine that needs to be refrigerated you need to let them know up front and they will try to accommodate you without the charge so they say. the mattresses were comfortable the room was clean however the shower was terrible they use a soap and conditioner that hanges in the shower and the conditioner and soap was empty not that I always use that but it's there for convenience and that convenience was neglected. the shower itself just dribbled. Maybe it's me but this is a little Casino and is more expensive than a few in Vegas, you would expect comfortable mattresses and a nice shower I don't like the feeling of being nickled and dime for things that should be included or clearly stated before you make a decision

Cigarette smoke smell is terrible. Our shower had been repaired many times but not good. Had mold in the caulking, and it leaked all over the bathroom floor.

Nice surprise. I didnt have any expectations but it was pleasant experience to stay here. Rooms are huge, clean and comfy although old. It is old casino which didnt bother me. We couldnt find a place to stay for a reasonable price at the time of F1 race and this hotel saved our day. Little drive from Strip but still ok. Plenty of parking, quiet, very affordable food and games. Nothing

Location Rug needed vacumed, bathtub dirty, Toilet tank ran, despite my efforts. I am used to budget motels, but this time it was just not clean.

A very pleasant stay; it was clean and hygienic, and there is a casino right on the ground floor.
