This hotel was amazing! The room was clean and nicely decorated. The staff were helpful and friendly. The amenities and breakfast were really good. Also, having a Denny’s next door was nice touch after a long, windy drive. We’ll be back!!

Bathroom fan was tied to lightswitch, so it was always on when light was on. It was loud, but did not provide enough suction to keep the mirror from fogging-up during a shower. There were three chairs - good. Even better would be side tables on each side of the beds. Mattress was a bit soft for me. A hard copy of the TV channel options would have been appreciated. Overall nice room and very convenient location for our activities. Internet service was excellent.

Room was very clean and smelled fresh, Felt safe and very convenient location. Denny's (right next door) offered 10% off for BW guests. The toilet was very low to the ground . Made it difficult to get up and down.

The room was clean and had plenty of space. Staff answered all of our questions and accommodated our requests.

Every part was good except two: 1) the refrigerator gasped and wheezed all night. 2) the bathroom did not have a roll-in shower, or a bench, or a handheld shower. Aside from these the room was fantastic

Newer property a bit south of downtown Hermiston. Clean, quiet room with all of the amenities. Great staff at the front and for breakfast. Hot breakfast for excellent; great cross section of entrees and other typical breakfast items. Would stay again!

We checked in expecting 2 Queen beds but only had one room available with one bed. The shower wouldn’t drain so they switched our floors… up one floor, no elevator. Our second room …. The tub and the sink didn’t drain. At this point I’ll mention the smell of the hallways covering up some other smell. We decided to leave rather than sleep without a shower. While the staff was nice, the hotel looked like an old 1960’s motel renovated To resemble a Best Western. The staff was very nice though.

One of our favorite “date night” places! Can’t beat the price for a huge room with a jetted tub. Even though next to a highway, you don’t hear traffic or the restaurant next door! We will be back

The hotel is wonderful, they are welcoming and kind at check in and check out. The ONLY thing that I wish was different is that they did not have an elevator and I was on the second floor. It's just an older hotel so that happens.

It was very convenient where it was located and quiet The housekeeping kept knocking on door even though the sign was on and we stated we don’t need any service
