The hotel is in poor condition and there is a certain smell in the air. Since we had prepaid, we decided to stay. We stayed in room 303. In the middle of the night I woke up from stink in the room as it was too bad. Upon checking, there was old frozen meal in the microwave with mold all over it. I am allergic to mold. Since it was 3:00 am I didnt want to wake up my husband to get into shifting the room. I complained to the front desk in the morning and the assitant manager and manager were apologetic. They worked to" make it right" for me. In the end the paper they gave me refunds me $20.00, for which I have to call Hotels.com. This is too much trouble for me to make the call. The whole night stay should have been refunded. We continued on our journey and on the way back stayed the night of June 7th at the Hilton Hotel instead.

We found a quiet well ordered and reasonably priced room for our overnight stop. I used the amazing fitness center and the staff were extremely nice. They kept offering to do whatever we needed. I will stay there again. We had an accessible room and had a restful night sleep

Ample free parking, very clean room and friendly staff. Motel is in an exceptionally quiet location off the main highway.

Felt worn and tired, but the staff was great.

Not a bad hotel. Living area very clean, bathroom was not bad except for ground-in dirt in the tub. Probably hard to remove maybe. Staff was excellent. I pre- checked in online, filling out ID, Credit Card and all that stuff, but had to fill out themsame information when i checked in at the front desk. I guess Travelocity didn't forward my pre-check in to the Hotel, or something like that. Sounds like it was a communication error between the two parties and made checking in a little difficult, but simple enough. Otherwise... we'll stop there again on our next trip because i feel the price was right. Hats off to the staff, janitorial might look into getting out the ground in dirt. Looks nasty.

It's a perfectly fine hotel if you just need a bed for a night or two. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean, although it had an odd smell. There is a fitness center. The hotel is right behind a Safeway, which was convenient for grabbing a quick meal. There are virtually no amenities. There was a bar of soap provided, but that's all. There were no towels or water in the fitness facility. There was no ice bucket, or cups, or coffee maker in the room.

Bad experience

Leaving. It was disgusting The bathroom towels were dirty from the people before us and hung back up by staff. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Floors stained our socks black. Mold in shower and room window. Musty smell in room, non safe parking lot. Staff said its a known drug lot and homeless hangout. Half the lights in our room burnt out or flickering like a horror movie. Kink had someone boogers in it and on mirror. Fridge was all slime inside and stunk like mold. Beds were made of concrete i think. I have stayed in $50 a night motel 6 that put this place to shame. So 175 I feel robbed. Missing a tool box off my truck. Downstairs ice machine is covered in grease hand prints and mold. And when I stepped away from the counter the man working there was talking very foul to the female staff. It was a nightmare I had to put my wife and 3 little kids through. Probably won't use the app after this being yall referred me and will never visit that site again.

It was clean and staff was very good. My room was listed as a Mobility Accessible room. The beds are to high, I would not say that this qualities as accessible. I had to go get a step stool and hand rail just to be able to get in bed.

Additionally, one of your cleaners was scrolling on his phone for 45 minutes in rm 313. Dalton addressed the situation and I left a note for mgmt.

better accommodations for a little more money shower valve stuck. wifi was down for most of the stay. parking at the opposite end of the building from yhe room

Also the rooms must have fairly thin walls as I heard very clearly the television in the room next to me. It seemed like the beds were located on a wall that shared the television from the other room. Fortunately the other guest did turn it off by 10:30 pm.

The Travelodge was fine for a quick night stay. The staff was friendly and always available. The rooms were basic but clean.
