The room was surprisingly large and clean… Breakfast was really good… Staff was very attentive

We love the Oxford, morning breakfast is always great! Beds are comfortable, rooms do not feel like a shoe box and are always clean. We even had to get an extra room for my Mother-In law, she had a very easy check in and they made sure she was in an accessible room. One of the best hotels to stay in if you are in the Hermiston area.

It definitely aged over the last couple of years. It's still pretty clean but staff needs some training in customer service as as how to smile. It was a bit loud at night. All in all, I would give it 2 and a half stars. I'll probably try another option next time.

when we arrived in the room there was a dental pick on the floor--gross! Also, it was not great to step outside of the building and seeing a staff person in her uniform vaping. Food was okay.

The staff at this hotel were excellent. I didn’t have their complimentary breakfast but I did talk other guests and they rated it highly.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms complete with mini fridge and microwave. What really blew our minds though was that they offered an evening bistro meal of soup and salad for free. Breakfast was also nice and hot.

Price is very reasonable. You get a free breakfast and a happy hour as well. They are very dog friendly. Rooms are pretty quiet. I'd stay again if I am out that way.

The room was completely filthy. The bathroom had not been cleaned. There was like a blood from spit or possibly a female monthly thing on the shower curtain, pubic hair in the tub and in the light switch of the bathroom.. They refuse to accommodate and help with a handicap individual and put that individual all the way at the back end of the hotel with no help with access and have it be upstairs.

Kudos to the cleaning staff, our room is always immaculate! We have been using this hotel for years traveling to and from the Oregon coast and it never disappoints.

Asked for a quiet room but they gave me a room next to 2 doors and an elevator, with a broken air conditioner. The air unit worked but gave a terrible, random howling sound followed by pinging. Totally random throughout the night. Too late to change rooms. Talked to receptionist but …. ‘Oh, sorry about that, we will give you a quiet room next time, I’ll notate your account when you book your next one.’
