Nice place to stay!

Excellent staff upon checking in. Room was large and very clean. Everything was right next morning the breakfast room was very clean and ample seating. Everything was on the menu that I wanted and staff filled my plate. The entire experience was a quiet and relaxing experience. Five stars for sure

Room was not as clean (mostly bathroom). Staff was nice but exterior needs a washing.

they charged me twice both for expenity and the hotel charge. I had to call to get a refund on the hotel charge

Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was outstanding!

This room had a very annoying phone/door light on the wall above the bed that glared all night and lit up the room. Of course didn’t really see this until late when lights went off. No instructions on what it even was? Couldn’t turn it off & too late to call or deal with maintenance. They did address it in the morning when I explained what happened at the desk, yet the damage was done and spent over $250 on a room that could not get dark. Breakfast wasn’t nearly as good as in Yakima. No value here and will never stay there again.. in Hermiston.

Everything was great but the water pressure and how thoroughly the bathroom was cleaned. I found a couple stray hairs in the bathroom and some trash was under the dresser. Otherwise was fine, breakfast was good, ac was cold, no problems with the elevator, got the free drink tickets even though I never used them but overall I would stay here again

We always stay at Oxford Suites when we are in Hermiston. The front desk staff is friendly and they were very helpful with my room arrangements. Great customer service. Thank you!

Well…it was just okay. It could have been cleaner. ( found stray hairs in towels, etc) The restaurant & bar is a little limited on what they serve, but the price is fair and it was good food. The social hour is a fun idea. There’s a free salad and soup bar which is nice. The continental breakfast is pretty great. The room was spacious, but felt a little dated and had a bit of a stale odor, possibly from once being a smoking room? The pool seemed fine, but we didn’t end up using it. They had on-site coin laundry which is a nice benefit. There’s a ‘gift shop’ but it’s more like snacks and travelers necessities marked up in price a little for convenience. No shade. It was nice to have there 24 hrs, but some location-themed goods would have been nice. It practically shares a parking lot with a Dairy Queen. It’s a good location to Umatilla or Pendleton. Didn’t hate it, didn’t love it. I would stay again if more favorable chains weren’t available.

Our room smelt of stale cigarettes but nothing too serious not enough to complain about. Breakfast was on paper plates which was disappointing as we feel that Oxford Suites are better than that. All in all a good nights sleep so nothing too much to be unhappy about.

Decent rooms and comfortable beds. Nice food service and bar. Would stay here again

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at recently, with well-appointed rooms, professional staff, a much better-than-average breakfast. I especially liked the touch of the daily free drink and the afternoon soup and salad bonus. The biggest downside is that the façade looks dated and some the furniture could be upgraded. All in all, a very nice place to stay.

Room 129 needs maintenance shower sinks cleaned

*Staff was friendly and helpful. Although I was informed I had received an 'upgrade'. The upgrade was a room with a additional bedroom and bath. Since I was staying by myself it was a rather unless "upgrade"! *I did not eat breakfast this trip but in the past it has been good. *Parking can sometimes be tricky as there has always seemed to be many contractors(?), based on type of vehicles, who stay. Since they tend to have large, long, pickups, manuevering around in the parking area can be a challenge. Overall a good stay as expected. Have stayed here several times in the past few years.

Staff wonderful. Room not so much, felt like bugs crawling on me all night. Stayed here many times but will stay somewhere else next time. Was not booked but staff said I bought room through this website so very limited on room and quiet side of elevator or doors. Totally bull. Not happy about the slamming of doors ALL night. The room door kept clicking during the night like it was resetting. Kind of loud when you’re trying to sleep. All in all I’d say it was a 2 out of 10. Not worth the $$.

Staff was friendly and it's conveniently located. Lots of dining options surrounding it.
