It used to be "pet friendly" but now it's only "dog friendly". Too bad, we used to stay here 2 to 4 times a year going back and forth from the coast but we will never stay here again because we always travel with the cat.

Showed up to check in and there was nobody at the desk. They were on lunch. Then when they came back they helped someone that did not have a reservation first. Waited over an hour and a half to check in.

Room was good BUT …. It did need some maintenance on the sink facet as it dripped all night . I did. Notify the staff the next day

This was our second stay at an Oxford Suite, although it was a different property. We had expectations (that were absolutely met) at this property. We did not take advantage of the cocktail the night of arrival, we enjoyed the breakfast.

dont stay here
-
very helpful front desk. room was clean and they had a nice breakfast and bar area!
-
The beds are SO comfortable and breakfast was more than we had expected. If I had 1 complaint, it would be that the sink area is right out in the bedroom next to the frig and microwave. That made it difficult trying to get ready while others were sleeping. Otherwise, I will be staying there again!

Solid hotel. Clean, excellent breakfast with great variety. Friendly staff
-
However, kitchen staff were friendly, accommodating and professional.
-
The room smelled horrible. My son slept on the pull-out bed (couch) no sheets, no pillows and no blanket were provided. Heard people yelling all night long. Will not stay here again will traveling.
-
Nice stop. I was disappointed that the Bistro was closed on Sunday nights. Bed was good, pillows too thick. Spokane Oxford was a hard act to follow so I shouldn't compare
-
The room was surprisingly large and clean… Breakfast was really good… Staff was very attentive

We love the Oxford, morning breakfast is always great! Beds are comfortable, rooms do not feel like a shoe box and are always clean. We even had to get an extra room for my Mother-In law, she had a very easy check in and they made sure she was in an accessible room. One of the best hotels to stay in if you are in the Hermiston area.

It definitely aged over the last couple of years. It's still pretty clean but staff needs some training in customer service as as how to smile. It was a bit loud at night. All in all, I would give it 2 and a half stars. I'll probably try another option next time.

Inside is awesome. Place to walk your dog. Sean at the front desk was good.
-
The staff was great!!
-
Nice that they offered complimentary salad bar, breakfast and a drink.
-
The place is real nice thanks

when we arrived in the room there was a dental pick on the floor--gross! Also, it was not great to step outside of the building and seeing a staff person in her uniform vaping. Food was okay.

A great stay!
