Rodeway Inn Hermiston - Umatilla

WiFi never worked, even when asked. Rooms and beds were clean. Door was not sealed so insects could easily get in, and they did.

Reasonably priced room. Bed was comfortable. Older motel, has been renovated.

The front desk guy was really nice My room was very cold

Door didn’t seal so you had the outside coming in, absolutely no hot water. Nobody at the front desk in the morning to help you get hot water. Property was very dirt. Broken door appliances everywhere.

Bed was hard and had springs poking me. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

The staff was courteous and polite, and overall you get what you pay for. The room was decent, but not as clean as I would’ve liked. The floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped in a while. I’d stay here for one night, but probably not longer.

Bed was comfortable. Cleanness was horrible in the bathroom. Corners of the bathroom with dirt. Behind the door of bathroom bottom half of the way was not clean. Location did not feel safe lots of people outside in the parking lot.

The room need maintenance done. The sink fixture knob came off in my hand. The front door looked like its been knocked in a few times,and had a gap between the door and the door frame. Walls so thin I heard the man in the room behind me snoring like he was a train.

Burn holes in comforter in non-smoking room; door did not lock properly and was so loose the wind was rattling it all night; seedy place

Terrible. Drafty, no hot water, no privacy. I will never stay here again!

Parking lot full of beer can caps, lots of construction workers staying there with late nights and early mornings. Owner/manager was very kind. But facility is in definite need of improvement.

VERY old, is not what is shown in the pictures, lobby unkempt, rooms not well lit, could see daylight around the entire door, bathroom floor dirty, very dingy, there's more but you get the idea. To the Owners, if you want to keep this place open - please consider some serious cleaning & updating. Until then I do not recommend this motel.

Unfortunately this was a terrible stay. As a woman, walking from the lobby to my room was very scary. There was no lighting, and I was followed from on side of the building to the other, where my room was, by a man smoking. When I met my partner at the room, there was a large gap in the door and the top deadbolt did NOT lock. The floor was sticky, and my feet were black instantly. The bathroom was in disgusting condition and the water did NOT get hot. We ended up sleeping on top of the bed and not getting in the sheets, using our own pillows and sleeping bags, this place was bad. Upon entering the room it smelled like a heavy smokers room and we did notice the smoke alarm was missing and there was no phone. Around... 2 maybe 2:30 A.M. the fire alarm went off in either another room or another building. Called several times at the front desk and no one ever picked up. The alarm was NEVER turned off and around 5 A.M. after EXTREME frustration from it we left.

The most despicable motel I've ever been at I just couldn't stay there so I got another hotel. It was despicable stinky despicable
