Door on microwave was impossible to open. The check out lady on Monday was very helpful though and polite.

Older building but currently upgrading. Still a clean quiet experience
-
Clean rooms, super helpful and very nice staff! Also incredibly reasonably priced rooms!
-
Room had numerous cigarette burn marks on the bathroom floor. Room was clean but we didn't feel safe entering or leaving the hotel.

Everything is so old and not safe
-
The guy at the counter is very supportive when needing any assistance.

Unfortunately they never provided us with room cleaning or clean towels we had to buy towels and on the last night of stay the guests in front were knocking on their partner's door loudly at 4 am without caring about the inconvenience of others.

Basic hotel. I don’t go for expensive. And this was a basic inexpensive hotel. The bed was comfy. The WiFi reliable and everything was clean enough. Check-in was smooth, the host kind and helpful.

It’s cheap… don’t expect anything other than a roof over your head. The staff was curt and the building looked like a halfway house for homeless.

Clean room

It was the worst place I have ever stayed. There were earwigs, it was filthy, it had a kitchenette in it, except there were only 2 butter knives, a bowl, plate and cup. They charged me a deposit of $100, that I did not know about, it was for incidentals, a damages and things that might happen. I kept that place cleaner than when I went in. Also 8 found this set of rules in the room that if you got the sheets, towels or anything else to dirty each was a $200 fee. As soon as I got I the room I took video of everything. Then they took it out my bank acct before I left, I had to call them up n threaten to send my bank and loan company and not pay anything. A couple hrs later it was back in my account. They don't let you cancel or you still get charged the full price. I booked thru hotels.com, which is terrible. They told me that they never check their sites and that they can't help with anything. Well then wats the purpose of booking thru them. I was so frustrated. it was disgusting. Shady people. Would not stay here and it doesn't even deserve one star.

The rooms were clean and updated. You had to pay if you wanted to watch TV. There was no hairdryer.

Terrible experience, dump.

Dirty rooms. Dirty bathrooms. No toilet paper in the room.

The room was relatively clean but when I went to open the window to get the stuffy smell out a giant spider web was strung across the screen. The walls were paper thin and we could hear the neighbors phone vibrating at night and when she sneezed my sweetheart even said "Bless you".. Attempting to sleep was also a nightmare with highway 395 right out side our window. Occasionally it felt like our bed was on the center line of the highway!! The ice machine work, however!

You get what you pay for. It was good for the price of a bed and a bathroom. Economical. More suited for working adults and a quick overnight stay.

Not clean.

Perfect place just bring your own pillow, the ones they have are insanely uncomfortable. Besides that I recommend it and would stay again if I were in the area.
