The staff greeted me every time I came in. The room was clean and bed was so comfortable There was nothing bad to say about the property

Kora was working when we checked in, she was kind and helpful. I mistakenly booked the wrong type of room, we needed a handicap accessible room. She was able to get us a room that worked perfectly for us. She didn’t have to, she did it just to be helpful and kind.

It was in a perfect location. The staff were friendly and the room was very comfortable. I have no complaints.

The Room was nice, there was a real door to the bathroom. Lobby coffee was important. Appreciated the parking in the back to keep our stuff safe. There was an empty countertop where the coffee maker should have been in our room. We had to request a coffee maker. It did come in a whole kit when we picked it up from the front desk, but important to note. There is lobby coffee downstairs. If you plan on using the pool do ask in advance if the pool is available.

When I arrived I asked for a luggage cart (they only have 2) I was told they were being used by other guests, not so by staff.

The staff helping the breakfast kept food refreshed and kept everything clean.
