Also the plug in our bathroom didn't work, but i just used the one in the living room so it was fine.

If I need to be in that area again, I will definitely stay there

Breakfast had a great selection. Staff was very polite and patient. Coffee was really good also. Suite was very clean and well stocked with dishes, glasses, flatware, etc. Bed was very comfortable. Workout room very clean and equipment was well maintained. Very thankful that the air conditioner units were relatively quiet. Lots of great places to eat in area. TV in sitting area not working. Someone came and looked at it, but problem was not resolved. We are not disabled, but safety bars not in tub/shower. One of those things that you really are aware of when they are not there! Oddly the electricity was gone where microwave was plugged in for a few hours. Checked breaker box in room and none were thrown. We just moved the microwave to another socket. When we returned from day trip, socket worked. This also happened in the bathroom when trying to use hair dryer. Next am, socket worked.

Everything is clean and orderly..

The breakfast was great, and we enjoyed the pool. However, there were several areas that could be improved. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty when we arrived. The bathroom stated housekeeping would service rooms every other day, but despite not having the "Do Not Disturb" sign out, our room was never serviced on the middle day of our stay. We didn't receive fresh towels, toiletries, toilet paper, or any housekeeping. I also found the food delivery policy inconvenient. Deliveries had to be picked up from the front desk instead of being brought to the room. As a parent traveling alone with children, this made getting meals much more difficult. The biggest concern was a maintenance issue. After about an hour of moderate rain, water was pouring from the hallway ceiling on the top floor where our family was staying. It wasn't a small leak—it was coming down heavily. Overall, the hotel has good amenities, but the service and maintenance issues need attention.

Loved the size of the room. Location was easy to find Only one thing, there were stains on the carpet. Beds were not that comfortable. Other than that everything else was fine

EVERYTHING was great! Staff was so helpful and friendly at check in. We were beyond pleased with our rooms and entire stay. My family and I are sure to book again.

Our stay was excellent. Plenty of space and the staff was always friendly. Anytime we needed extra towels, pillows or anything the front desk was very responsive. Breakfast was great too!

The shampoo and body wash containers were completely empty. We reserved for 6 people and they left 4 towels. The breakfast was NOT GOOD!

New, clean Hotel. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Would definitely stay again.
