Staff very helpful but everything is beyond their control. Breakfast is okay but needs some more options like hot cereal. Parking is good.

AC does not work! Had two different rooms and both were terrible. Bathrooms were disgusting. Overall would not stay here again.

Facilities had a lot of wear and tear but it was clean.

El desayuno estuvo muy bien y el personal muy amable y atento

Unfortunately, our room, number 312 had this overwhelming odor of mildew. I asked the cleaning person to see if they can tend to that concern and unfortunately they couldn’t. I’m sure she tried. It was difficult to breathe, and when I informed the person at the desk, they say they couldn’t help me. We stayed at this hotel because unfortunately, we had a family member that passed away and so relocating was not a priority for us.

Excellent all around!

Had to get my keycard reprogrammed 3 times and it was never near my phone. The room had a heavy smell of mildew. The toilet periodically would not fill up when flushed & I had to open the back to lift the handle so the toilet would fully flush. I went to their market in the lobby to buy a pizza, was told it was $5.00 but was charged $10.00, was told that the receptionist misquoted the price and no refund was offered just an excuse. The breakfast was good though. If you have to do laundry make sure you know the exact amount to put on the account because you can not get a refund.
