Very Basic hotel... could improve bathroom

Good area and safe.

Overall the stay was good. Clean and quiet place in general. A bit pricy but seems to be the new norm all around.

Everything was fine until we tried to book again. Then we were told we can’t anymore. We have an infant and a toddler and they can get messy. We were told the room needed excessive cleaning after we left. We stayed there twice and they never told us they had to do that the first time when we went back. They said they gave a second chance but how did we know anything about that? Infants and toddlers can make messes. I find this very unacceptable. Nothing was broken. Just a mess when we left because of the kids.

I The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. This place is really old and musty. They clean with Lysol wipes and the entire facility needs a deep clean and refurbishing. The bedding is old and thin as are the towels. The carpeting is dirty looking and the furniture looks like it was picked up at the curb. The location is in a heavily trafficked area and noisy. Shame on them for charging the prices that they do.

The staff was amazing as they accommodated us even when we arrived early and check in was at 3pm. The room that the staff put us in was great very clean and bright. I dont know if they had any amenities as we didnt choose this place for that. Overall our experience staying in this location was great, seamless and amazing along with there staff which they were so helpful. I would definitely book another stay at this location if we are ever back up that way.

The location was quick to drive to the mall. No elevator.

Suggestion: Oblong Toilet is not a good idea in such a closet bathroom. Shower needed a new shower head and faucets need to be replaced. But your front desk receptionist is just a great asset to your Hotel. Absolutely a wonderful personality. A keeper for sure.

Our room and property were very clean. Bed was very comfortable. It was nice and quiet. Staff were super friendly. For Long Island prices, very affordable. Would definitely stay again.

I have no complaints. Staff was very nice and very helpful. Room was clean and staff are on top of cleanliness. Beds are cozy, great mini fridge. Nothing fancy or boujie but very homey, welcoming, and simple.
