Econo Lodge Hicksville - Long Island

Tight bathroom, bathroom fixures were outdated. Room furniture has minor damages that were noticeable. Originally we are given a room on 2nd floor but hotel didn't have an elevator. We were given another room on 1st floor. We book a two night and decided to check out the next day and move to another hotel.

Only complaint was the toilet was very low. The staff was very nice and helpful. Whwn i called to book a room they gave me a first floor room since no elevator. Next time i need to ask for a handicap room.

Everything was great

The staff was wonderful. The 24 hour coffee service was good, but the place has the tables and chairs set up for a breakfast which certainly would have helped- even a cold breakfast bar. The room was adequate , the water was hat, but the air conditioner was very noisy.

I'm disabled and I was put into a different room. And I had a shower that had NO bars, and NOTHING to make the shower not slippery. I slipped and hit my back. And will need some more Xrays done bc I am usually at a 6 out of 10, but since then I'm at a solid 8 daily and I'm not even gonna gonna get into it with different activities, or the weather is really rainy and damp. Anyway Anyway will not be back and I am going to be connecting with my lawyer after my tests.

Our stay was good, the bed was very comfortable with nice linens. Staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking too.

We only stayed in the Econo Lodge for one night. The check-in staff was friendly and cheerful, which was wonderful and made us feel welcome. Our room was clean. Overall, the experience was good!

Extremely happy with my stay. Sweba was wonderful! And the hospitality staff was amazing as well! ❤️

Great stay

As compared to Extended Stay in Bethpagethia property has everyday room clean and tidy up policy. Negative Room keys had an issue every day. The side doors would not open every now and then, had to return to reception for programming

Good area and safe.

Overall the stay was good. Clean and quiet place in general. A bit pricy but seems to be the new norm all around.

Everything was fine until we tried to book again. Then we were told we can’t anymore. We have an infant and a toddler and they can get messy. We were told the room needed excessive cleaning after we left. We stayed there twice and they never told us they had to do that the first time when we went back. They said they gave a second chance but how did we know anything about that? Infants and toddlers can make messes. I find this very unacceptable. Nothing was broken. Just a mess when we left because of the kids.
