Room was tastefully furnished & spacious, with large bed and good a/c. Staff at reception came across as disinterested, and failed to fully explain processes. Disputed night already paid for. Hotel overpriced.

I didn’t have to leave the property. Everything was there and amazing quality. The restaurant’s food was delicious. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The hotel was super clean and there were so many activities to partake in. The spa was so relaxing. Everything was exceptional. I liked everything

Always nice and clean, staff always helpful and friendly. Beds incredibly comfortable. More amenities in bathroom would’ve been nice. More built in charging ports. Guest slippers would’ve been appreciated. Iron and hairdryer not the most efficient to use.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The restaurant and bar are AWESOME! Great apps and the bartenders (Dylan and Ally) are fantastic. Definitely will stay here every time we are in Ling Island!

Hotel was clean and conveniently located to highway. Check in was easy. Air conditioning in room had a very loud vibrating noise. The compressor kept turning off and on, each time with a very loud start. This was mentioned to the overnight front desk rep who assured us someone would call us to address - but no one called. The diverter for the tub to shower was broken - only half the water could divert to the showerhead. Pool is very small. Coffee was actually pretty good. We didn’t eat anything else at the property. Overall, for a four-star hotel this was a bit underwhelming.

Price is too expensive especially for not having breakfast included. The beds were very mushy, no support especially after having surgery. However, the housekeeping staff were polite and respectful. I payed $ 2,151.25 for 8 nights.

Breakfast is very average the cook had an attitude, originally booked me the wrong room, air-conditioning in bedroom didn’t work stayed at this location a few times with similar problems. can’t recommend.

Not maintained well. Bathroom sink was cry and caulked old carpet in rooms no table and chairs. For a king deluxe room.

Clean, great service, very comfortable bed

Room was your standard hotel room. The beds were ok but they were not able to get the sheets tucked in well. Shower was good. Breakfast was horrible. The “hot” meal (bacon, eggs, sausage, etc) was cold. Eggs were scrambled and hard. Croissants were stale, bread was standard off the shelf. Cereal was basic Raisin Bran, Cheerios, etc. Coffee maker in the room didn’t work, had to go downstairs to get coffee. A/C was loud and either too cold or too hot. We turned off at night.
