Nice place

This property lacks to let guest know about issues with parking while they are hosting events. I arrived at 1:50a and no parking was available. I go in and let the front desk know. They said it was because of an event going on and that the bar was closing at 2a to wait a bit. Ok 10mins no big deal. Nope! I waited over 40mins. People were just lingering around afterwards. Mind you they weren’t even guests staying at the hotel. Just people left from the event. Horrible service from the front desk he had no resolution to the issue and said to wait till the manager came in at around morning time. On top of it all the room had a smell, as if the carpet was wet kind of smell. I will never be staying at this hotel ever again.

Staff was the most attentive in response time to any request, no matter small or big. Loved the daily clean room routine, bath products were awesome. Location very convenient to travel to any destination in the area.

The food at the restaurant Marco Polos was delicious, my room was clean large and spacious and the Spa was great my massage and the other amenities were fabulous.

The hotel was great for a weekend getaway. The spa services were great. The property is a bit older, and with that comes things like a leaky sink, but nothing too bad. I wish there were more food options in the area, or onsite, but otherwise things were great.

We enjoyed our stay. We did not use the amenities nor the restaurant so we cannot comment on those. The view from our room was, however, terrible which made the room less attractive.

The air conditioning was dreadful. The fan was extremely loud and shut on and off all night. Very few channels are offered on the TV.

Everything is fine at the hotel, except that the air-conditioning in the room was noisy and uncontrollable from the thermostat

Room was not ready so put me in a different room but then charged me again for room. Still haven’t been reimbursed. Disappointing.

The rooms are spacious and well kept . The staff is wonderful and helpful

Everything was good, i only didn’t like that they didn’t have a separate AC in the room. Changing it to cool down was a big headache my partner and I were sweating the entire night and couldn’t cool down during the whole stay
