Everything was around For a nice hotel like that we should had breakfast and the supervisor need to ensure garbage bins has bags in it

Upgraded larger room the cost for the drinks at the bar $60.00 for 2 drinks and the cost of the breakfast were insane. All I had was a bagel yet I was charged for the buffet. I have seen better buffets at Hampton Inns that include the buffet for free.

The staff is very wonderful

The front desk employees were awesome. I had left some things when packing and they made sure I had everything I needed. Very friendly. The breakfast was delicious, enough variety. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed here during Parent Weekend for USMMA. Hotel was clean and beds super comfy. I don’t feel like it really ever got cool in our room but that was my only complaint.

The hotel is on a main road and sits in the middle of the parking lot. There is a lovely garden but there is no green space, just a garden bed adjacent to tarmac.

Property was pretty. Rooms were not as good quality as expected from pictures. The steaks at the restaurant were awful but the apps were good. Pool and hot tub were comically small. Did get a good massage from Kim at the spa. I give this place a solid 3. Not good not bad.

The hotel feels dated and could benefit from some renovations and updates. While the staff was generally helpful, the overall service experience was average and lacked the warmth and hospitality I typically expect. Given the nightly rate of nearly $300, I expected a higher-quality experience and would likely choose a different property in the future.

We had issues with the room and restaurant. The spa was the best thing.

Not a whole lot. Out dated. The parking lot wasn't well lit and didn't feel safe.

Everything was amazing but the staff took it up a notch with how polite and helpful they were. They were very accommodating of our wedding party
