The property was very clean and staff helpful

The room was clean, very nice. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good.

Loved it, even came back a second time. So comfortable. Loved the room got super dark.

Overall, it was fine. We stay here every year for the Franklin County fair, and this year seemed a little off. Can't tell you why, but we didn't enjoy this visit as much as, say, last year. Also, we were placed in a first-floor room, which I highly do not recommend.

The property was very convenient for my visit to Dublin. It had a pool and a great included breakfast. Plenty of parking and convenient to local businesses. The floor of my room was a bit dirty but my main complaint was the staff. They seemed very disinterested in general and there was a bit of confusion with my booking that took several calls to resolve. The attendant at breakfast was great though.

Room was clean but bathroom was dated.

We booked a king suite for 3 nights wasnt bad on the pricing. Room was clean and everything neat. The staff was very helpful and friendly! Breakfast was great and had different options. Pool was great would stay there again! Thank you!

Our stay was perfect; it's less than 10 minutes away from Dublin! From the cleanliness of the facility and room to the wonderful and helpful staff. Breakfast was great, with a good amount of options. I loved how I was able to make a yogurt parfait, and the kids were able to make waffles and their own breakfast sandwiches. I would come back here anytime, and most likely next year I will:)

Outlets in walls were worn or loose, plugs fell out easily.

Nice area, safe surroundings and easy location. Breakfast was top notch!! Waffles, bacon, eggs, sausage gravy and biscuits. Cereals, oatmeal, toast and bagels. Apples, bananas, and muffins. 3 types of juice, milk, Silk, and really good coffee! Room was very clean and freshly painted. Comfy bed. Microwave and coffee pot, larger size mini fridge. Pool looked great but we didn't have time to enjoy it. No complaints. Would definitely stay again.

Location was nice and so was the staff Elevator was broke, but luckily I was on the 2nd floor by the stairs.

The pool was packed with kids at 10:30 at night

The elevator was out of order and the buttons to the elevator were removed. This indicated that the hotel owners didn't intend to fix the elevator anytime soon. Although I was able to utilize the stairs, it became difficult to use the stairs more than once a day due to overwhelming heat that aggravated my asthma and the issues with my knee. The breakfast was decent but the variety and the amount of some foods were limited. I arrived for breakfast at 7:25am. There was only 1 bagel available, 2 packages of bread for toast. I didn't see the staff attempt to refill or fill any of the items put out, even after I came back downstairs to get ice. I had to eat my breakfast in the dining room because by 7:30 am, it was already over 80 degrees outside. In addition, the food was not hot and it would have gotten colder of I had to climb almost 40 steps plus walk down the hall to get to my room.
