Good place to stay good price

Is a new hotel with a nice breakfast.

One of the best properties for the money we have stayed with. Good breakfast and attentive staff.

Air conditioning unit was EXTREMELY loud! Made it difficult to keep the room comfortable, and almost impossible to sleep.

Missing tv in bedroom. Told front desk when I checked in. Maintenance came up and said that they good it for another room. The next day I went down and asked the front desk if they could have maintenance move the TV in the living room to the bedroom they said they would. That never got done. Front desk staff Thursday and Friday evening extremely unhelpful and bad attitude. Would not recommend this hotel. There are other hotels nearby.

The room was wonderful, clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful but our phone didn’t work so we had to go downstairs for sheets for the sofa bed. The breakfast was great and overall it was just a really nice stay. It isn’t in walking distance to anything but only a short drive to plenty of shopping and food.

Rooms are well designed. King bed with L shaped couch, full kitchen. Good assortment of food for breakfast. Indoor pool is nice. Free laundry a positive. Overall a nice facility

Great hotel, staff was fine

Broken fridge, safe didn't work, no magnet for no room service, No shampoo ,only conditioner in the shower. Remote would disconnect from the t v and the only way to reset it was to unplug it.

The best surprise was that the "light bites" on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings was actually something you could make a full meal from! There was a salad or veggies with dip option, a hot meat option, and a side dish each evening.

Close to everything, employees were nice

Friendly staff at check in and at breakfast. Breakfast has good protein choices and fresh fruit. The entire property was clean. The room was a good size for the family.

Not booking at Staybridge ever again. I booked my suite at least 3 weeks before our stay only to be told upon arrival that they canceled our reservation because they were overbooked and didn't have the cleaning staff. I asked what we were supposed to do now and they said, "I'm sorry, I don't know." They didn't offer to help find us a new place to stay and couldn't explain why our reservation was one of the (multiple) ones that were canceled when I booked 3 weeks ago. Found a Hilton Garden Inn last minute for the exact same price and checked-in 30 minutes later.

This hotel was great, staff was super friendly and helpful, clean place. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Only recommendation would be a camera in the pool area other than that I would for sure stay here again.

But most disappointing was the breakfast. The food was so unseasoned it was almost inedible. And you could tell the other guest felt the same way as everyone looked disappointed when they opened the pots.

Loved everything. Very clean. Just wish there was a hot tub

IHG blew it out the water with this one, the staff, facility and rooms are next level, especially for the price of the rooms.

Breakfast was terrible.
