The hotel was very clean, calm, and quiet. A great hotel for couples that just want a relaxing time, and it wasn’t too expensive too. Would definitely recommend!

It is just beautiful inside. The rooms are wonderfully appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The parking was a bit hard. The outside was not complete so some areas were not available to use. The restaurant staff was understaffed. They struggled with meeting the needs of customers in a timely manner. Guests of the hotel should be told at check in at least that the restaurant requires reservations. I witnessed many disappointed guests being turned away. Over time that is going to drag your score down in terms of guest satisfaction.

Location The room wasn’t clean when we checked in. mold in bathroom, socks on the floor.

Again a warm welcome and friendly efficient check in, comfortable room, peaceful atmosphere. We enjoy staying at Cedartree. Sixth visit this year.

The breakfast was wonderful! All the personnel were friendly and efficient. It was very quiet and relaxing everywhere. There were no drawers in the room and it could have more hangers. The pillows were too soft.

Saki bar was closed, and the restaurant food was just OK. It was an overnight on the way home from WA, so it was sufficient.

The bed was super comfortable, and the rooms are very clean. The staff that checked me in was awesome. I did misunderstand. I didn’t realize that I couldn’t take my son into one of the baths. I did think that there was a pool where he could go. So that was a bummer.
