Holiday Inn Portland West - Hillsboro by IHG

I had the best experience and highly recommend this hotel. The staff is so kind and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again. Super clean. Pool and hot tub were great.

This hotel was very clean. It was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had rented a room with three people . Had one king bed and a pull out couch. They had a twin size sheet set for the double size pull out couch. Called and told staff. They brought flat sheets and no pillow. Had to ask for pillows and set up the bedding on the pull out ourselves.

I am a returning guest to this property and when I arrived at check-in Hilary helped me. I gave her my name and explained my room preference. She advised me that she saw my name on the list of check-ins and knew my preference and had already put me in my desired room. I've only interacted with her a few times and was surprised that she remembered me and my room preference. I really appreciate the staff at this property, Erroll and Grace and have helped me in the past and are super friendly and efficient.

Our room was never cleaned but the towels were switched out. All good, but just weird that you’d come in and switch towels but not do the bed or vacuum or pick up towels from the floor.

I rate it 5 stars, the only slightly odd thing about this hotel is the bathroom doors inside the room. They are glass and translucent, so as a momma with all boys it was slightly uncomfortable since you can still kind of see through, I'd prefer a solid door for total privacy.

Initial review would have been excellent instead of good because of the unexpected $10 parking fee

Clean and family friendly.

Also that I had to deal with loud noise from kids that were next door the whole time I was there from the room to the hallway. We weren’t able to switch room due to them being at full capacity so that was frustrating but outside of that no complaints

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was nothing special and was more in the expensive side.

Excellent stay! Clean room, cozy bed, great location. Pool and spa area were wonderful. The breakfast was mid. It is overpriced for what you get. But at least kids got to eat for free.

Super clean room and common areas. Friendly, helpful staff. Our go-to place to stay in Hollsboro area.

Everything was great including the close by Thai restaurant that was recommended. My partner and I had a great stay.

The hotel over sold the rooms, left us to scramble for a place to stay. Still charged and had to go else were more expensive, spent 3 hrs on the phone with customer service and still didn't get help

Everything else was superb! Enjoyed the walking trail too.
