Clean room, clean pool. Fun to stay

I’ve stayed at countless Holiday Inn Express locations. This was the first time we were expected to pay an additional $16 to partake in the breakfast.

We've stayed here multiple times over the last 6 years. The property is always clean, the staff welcoming. The rates are affordable, and we always have a relaxing, pleasant stay. We look forward to returning for another visit soon.

Hotel was nice, clean , well kept, but the pool and hot tub were not accessible to me and that is the reason I chose this hotel, we have been there before, they said the maintenance had to charge the battery for lift for pool and spa, after 2 days it still was not done, on day 3, we were told that they would have it in that day, on day 4, they admitted there was a piece they were waiting for for the hot tub and the battery was not working. It was very disappointing as I am in a wheelchair and need the therapeutic heat in hot tub for circulation on legs. Then I was also asking about getting points from previous stays and the front desk said I had to do it online, was not able to do that. it kept saying no access. After returning home I also called to the IHG and after speaking with 2 people there and explaining this the third person they were going to send me to I got disconnected. Am very disappointed and always liked Holiday Inns since I was young and our family traveled and stopped in Holiday Inns, I hope that you can help me with how I can not have this happen again and also see where my rewards have gone from past stays . or get some kind of incentive to return to your hotels. Thank you

they do NOT have a free continental breakfast at this location. They have a breakfast they serve in the restaurant, but it's $16 a person. They also have a dinner menu, which is nice but the menu is limited. The rooms only have Direct TV, no streaming. That was a bummer.

This hotel has a restaurant and bar on site. Pretty basic bar food and the service is quite slow. Nice team members though, I just think they are understaffed. I've stayed here a couple of times but won't stay here again. I had a very moldy shower liner, with black mold on it. I brought it to the front desks' attention, and they said they would change out the liner. When I came back that evening it still wasn't changed out. So, I asked the front desk clerk for a clean liner and said I would change it myself. He gave me a new liner so I could change it. Not great customer service. The liner he gave me was too short, so when I took a shower, water came out onto my bathroom floor and out into the hallway. I almost took a fall because I didn't realize the water had extended into the hallway. There were other issues, yet when I wrote to the manager after checking out, he never responded. Only when I did the IHG survey asking for a response from the hotel, did the front desk supervisor write and apologize. I had complimented her on her customer service so thought that was funny that she was the one they had write the response to me. They also charge for parking even though they have a huge parking lot. They are definitely not IHG worthy. It's a two-star hotel masquerading as something else. Until they get their maintenance issues handled and customer service dialed in, I would try another hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay. However, the jets on the hot tub weren't working, and the only notice was a paper posted on the pool/hot tub area. I would have really liked it if I was told upon check in or it had been announced on the site I booked my stay. Otherwise, my stay was excellent.

Near to lots of restaurants. The place is peaceful.

The staff was personable professional. Breakfast included hot and cold selections. My room was spotless! Bed was super comfy!

The hotel was very clean. The rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and check in and check out what is easy.
