Staybridge Suites Hillsboro - Orenco Station by IHG

Friendly staff, easy to find, spacious room, very good breakfast, good parking Price was high, there were better located hotels in the same range for less money, tv not working, convinience store charge$ 3.75 for a 16 ounce bottle of water of the cheapest kind, very unreasonable after paying 180 dollars for mid range hotel.

Spacious room, quiet & clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The room was spacious, with a couch and kitchen. The bathroom was nice sized as well. The staff were helpful. The location was convenient. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

Location Breakfast juice was not working entire 5 days we were there. No orange juice.

New building with nice facilities. Everything was modern. The air-conditioning was too loud to run when you were in the bedroom. The window didn't open so no fresh air. The hotel mentions a light clean daily. When I asked they said they didn't really do that. I then asked for dish soap and for the garbage to be taken out. We had no service. Disappointed.

Great place

Exceptional

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The crisp, white sheets were a treat. More an odd scent in lobby, perhaps from cleaning products. It was off putting.

Breakfast options

Did not like the room by the highway but the rooms were great

First, we were told we could get an early check-in at 1pm but we weren't able to actually check-in until 30 mins before regular check-in. The room was clean, but the common areas (ex: elevator and staircase) smelled dirty and had food crumbs, dirt, and dog poop that wasn't cleaned up for the 6 days we stayed. The room's electricity went out frequently and the manager told us this happens regularly at the property. Our room microwave didn't work and we had to wait 3 days for maintenance to fix the issue. Management gave us a counter top microwave after we had a conversation. Overall, the experience was a letdown for a Staybridge hotel.

Very clean and good amenities

It was great. Housekeeping needs to learn English. We had ants in our room (not a big deal), but housekeeping wouldn’t do anything because she told us she didn’t speak English. Pool was really tiny and not warm. Other than that, it was great.

Room was exedingly comfortable and quiet. I was able to get after hours work done and sleep comfortably.

This hotel was by far one of the best! Definitely recommend as it had nice rooms, great breakfast and wonderful customer service

Rooms were clean, breakfast was good and varied. Staff was very kind. Helpful and personable. The pool was very, very cold it was disappointing as it was to cold to be enjoyable.

Hotel was nice. Breakfast was so-so. We couldn’t walk to restaurants.
