Staybridge Suites Hillsboro - Orenco Station by IHG

Front desk staff were nice, although frequently away from the desk making it difficult to ask questions or connect on issues. Breakfast staff was present but somewhat unhelpful (example, juice machine served very warm orange and apple juice, inquired and got an “I don’t know” and an offer for ice. My greatest concern was the bugs I encountered. I frequent hotels for both business and leisure and really never encounter insects inside properties. There was some kind of beetle in my shower (killed it), and the next day there was another as well as an ant. In the common breakfast area, there were a few ants on both mornings by the waffle station, the second morning I even killed 3 myself. While the property appeared clean, the insects were definitely off-putting.

Great hotel! The room and hotel was very clean. The service was helpful and even the breakfast was good. We also went to their social on Monday and Tuesday and enjoyed the little food they had and the especially the free booze! It's not a cheap place to stay but it is very nice.

Loved the room, very clean and great amenities! Only down side was it was VERY noisy. Traveled for work so had early nights. I noticed very thin walls... I could hear the neighbors talking clearly even though they weren't necessarily loud, and kids were screaming down the halls at 1-2am, which kept me from sleeping really well.

I didn’t get to use the room due to a family death. I tried to cancel the reservation. But was told the refund is being reviewed.

It was beautiful, and the staff was so nice. The beds were comfortable. It was like being at home. We had everything that you needed and more. Nothing, it was wonderful

The room was very dirty the bathroom was not touched at all you can tell it was a fast turn over all the kitchen stuff was lefted from prior person Breakfast was good wide variety that is what you are paying for am i saying it is best of best it is hotel food The pool is closed they said they could call the other property to accommodate that being closed wifi did work staff was amazing housekeeping not so much but everyone else did there best to help they did find another room after 2 hours and ants all over the bathroom with ant traps

The best customer service i have ever received staying at a hotel i booked an extra night because of how comfortable i felt there. I will definitely be returning.

Nice location Elevator was out the night of our stay. We were told that the room we booked (2 bedroom unit) was on the fourth floor, without an elevator and with one member of our party on crutches this was not a viable option. Contacted Booking customer service who helped us find a different hotel nearby. Despite repeated requests and being told we would get a refund, it was never processed. We finally just had to contest the charges with our credit card company.

The property was beautiful. The rooms were beautiful. The staff was amazing. Everything was excellent will recommend every time. There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. It was lovely.

It was clean, well organized, spacious and the staff was super friendly and accomodating. No complaints.
