The kitchenette was well staffed. The location was lovely. The staff were very friendly. The trash can in the kitchenette was microscopic. I thought it was a little shocking that I had to pay for parking.

Quick overnight stay. A clean and quiet and dog friendly room. It was great.

The neighborhood is very pleasant and felt safe, enjoyed the style. Breakfast was really good, more options than I'm used to and they didn't slam the door shut the moment it hit the end of Breakfast. The kitchenette was very useful. The area was quiet, which I didn't expect so close to a busy road. Lots of plug-ins so we could charge all the things. The room was small. Would have been great for just 2 people, but we had 3. There was a very limited number of plates and cutlery in the room. You have to pay for parking and spots can be difficult to find. The outlet in our bathroom did not work properly, but maintenance was sent right away when I alerted staff of the problem. However, since half of the outlet worked, nothing was actually done to fix it. I really only needed one outlet at a time, so it worked out ok.

Overall I liked our room and the hotel in general. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was adequate but there was no freshly cut fruit and the granola wasn’t very good. Also, I don’t think this property should be charging for parking.

I have been charged two different transactions amount and only one cleared

We checked out a day early and the front desk person stated that we would receive a credit as long as we contacted Hotels.com. (third party) This is the only place I could find to send an email to request the refund. We checked in on Monday, Dec. 22 and checked out on Sunday, Dec. 29. 2025. I have all emails of our booking and photos of the refrigerator if requested. Wishing you all a Happy New Year. Please notify us as to when we will receive our one day refund. Thank you.

The exterior is under construction, and the interior cleanliness left something to be desired. GM was responsive, which is a plus.

Check in was a breeze and every single shift was helpful, whether it was 9am or 9pm, they were kind and informative. I was upstairs near one of the side roads and the traffic noise wasn’t too bad. I was also able to use this new technology called closed windows, to further dampen the sound from outside. (highly recommend to those complaining about noise) The laundromat was super clean as were the common areas even during a small seasonal renovation. Everything you could need (grocery, pharmacy, storage, public transit) to stay or settle in Hillsboro is about 5 minutes away from this location. The room I was in had a full kitchen including induction stovetop, cookware, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, full sized fridge, as well as mugs, glasses, wine glasses, set of plates, bowls, and utensils for four. Plenty of room storage for your items and a firm but comfy couch to lounge (I didn’t sleep on the pullout). Bed was comfy and had two options to choose from for pillow density. Housecleaning did a great job and were very respectful of the DND sign (no early knocking) Plenty of towels and water stayed hot enough for a bath. I didn’t test the toiletries as I’m an adult human who has travelled before so I know to bring my own. I’ve stayed in 49 of 50 US states and this is definitely a hidden gem. I will be recommending it to friends and family when they come visit. Cheers.

Nice property for a long term stay. Good breakfast and kind and caring staff with a special call out to Gisele who handled my requests quickly and profesionally.

While all the staff were hospitable and profesional, I dealt with Gisele the most. She was always pleasant, smiling, and quick to respond to every request. The management is lucky to have her.

It was convenient for visiting with family in the area.
