I enjoyed my stay here. My stay was only for 2 nights, but the staff I interacted with were all pleasant. I think Luna is the name of the woman who checked me in. There was a tall blond man early in the morning who was also very friendly. Housekeeping was great, too. Coffee maker in the room would be nice. I get they have it in the lobby, but when I wake up I don't want to have to get dressed just to go get some coffee that could already be in the room.

Rooms were spacious, beds comfy, staff very helpful and friendly ( especially the night shift) located within a 10 min drive of where I needed to be, The breakfast was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel over the other holiday inn, there is an nice assortment

I really like the look and feel of the place. Everything looked really new and remodeled and there was plenty of room both in the lobby and in my room. My only concerns were that the bathtub needed a good refinishing (there were some peeling spots), and there was no coffee maker in my room. I asked the front desk about it and they said they were going to phase them out but they still had them, so she gave me one to take up to my room.

We were really impressed with the overall feel of this hotel. It was modern, clean and the room was very well appointed and with a comfortable bed. Will for sure use this hotel again on future visits to the area.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, but after this experience, I will think twice before returning. An employee knocked on our door twice and called us once to complain about my baby’s noise. I acknowledge she was making noise, but after the first warning, we put her to bed, and she fell asleep. Despite this, he continued insisting and threatened to kick us out if there was a third complaint. I went to the front desk to explain that my baby was asleep and the noise was no longer coming from our room. His rude tone, unpleasant looks, and attitude made me feel intimidated and disrespected. My baby was included in our reservation! The hotel knew we were traveling with a small child, yet assigned us a room on the third floor. The next morning, another employee apologized and kindly gave my baby a snack, which I appreciated. I understand hotel noise policies, but no policy justifies threats, disrespect, or a complete lack of empathy. I hope management takes this seriously. No family should feel intimidated during their stay.

This is a good hotel in a relatively quiet location. Check-in was easy, the staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, there was plenty of parking, and the breakfast had plenty of options. A coffee maker in the room would be nice.

Great stay.

Clean room, quiet area. A big table on casters + 3 stools + 1 chair in the room are very useful for our take-out dinner for 4! Room size is great! Lots of counter space and also a built-in bench.

Please bring back the coffee makers in the rooms!!
