Last minute booking during a road trip. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and offered a fully stocked kitchenette. The only cons were the $12 a day parking and the decor in the room was tacky and childlike. Polkadot wallpaper with hot pink walls and curtains. The decor was so aweful, I was shocked by whom ever made the executive decisions on interior design. If you can look beyond the interior decor, this place was worth the price.

Clean, large room, convenient location, efficient check-in Breakfast was a madhouse, so many people with so few seats. Staff had brought extra chairs from the conference room (kuddos for their initiative but shouldn't be necessary).

Everything was great with the exception of the toilet in our room. It would not flush. The desk did send up a plunger which wasn't much help. We were offered to move rooms but it was late and we had 2 tired kids so we stayed where we were.

Because of this, the room was not cleaned during our stay.

Lots of amenities. Beds could be more comfortable but over all a good stay for my family,

Good stuff

Stayed here about 2 years ago. This time I stayed; it was extremely loud in the hallways after 10 pm. I even contacted the front desk about the noise coming from the 4th floor. I don't think anything was done because the noise did not stop. I don't have any reason to visit Oregon again, so I won't be staying here in the near future. Just disappointed at the level of noise from what seems to be children.

Room was clean and comfortable. Good for the price.3343. The flow of the continental breakfast needs to be reorganized, long lines because stations are set up out of order. Tiles in pool area are too slippery and dangerous. When we came to the pool room a swimmer warned us to be careful of falling so we used extra caution My daughter fell once and others in our group had close calls.

I’ve stayed here before about 2 years ago. This particular time was different. The amount of to of noise in the hallways and stomping over your head from the room above made this stay unpleasant. I called the front desk to complain and nothing was done because the noise continued! Also, it’s bad enough you have to pay for parking, then charge you 50 dollars per night for incidentals. So don’t stay past 2 days because that becomes higher and add on to the price of the hotel room. Now they take it off immediately but it won’t come back to you for about 7 plus days.

Super clean and very convenient with small children. The staff was amazing and very welcoming, breakfast was great, rooms were very clean and we enjoyed the pool! Definitely will be back.

Front receptionists were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and neat. Mini kitchenette and the free breakfast were bonuses! If I may suggest on the breakfast, maybe put more varieties like muffins, cinnamon buns, or scones and fresh fruits. Also for the parking, please have free parking. Overall it was a good place to stay.

I really appreciate the cleanliness of the room and no deodorizers were used. I’m sensitive to perfumes and mold spores. The hotel was a perfect accommodation.

Lovely hotel. Was quiet at night. Staff were very kind. Rooms were clean. We brought our dogs and they felt very comfortable in their spacious room.

The rooms were extremely quiet. We were right next to the elevators and the ice machine and couldn't hear any noise from their operation or from people going in and out. No noticeable pounding from people simply walking around in the room above us, and there might have been a baby crying somewhere on our floor but it was so faint that we were never really sure. There were a LOT of young children and teens staying in the hotel for sports tournaments (including us) so we were shocked by how quiet it was. Parking was $12 which was kind of a bummer. And the only thing that I wish was better were the laundry facilities. Card operated machines with card operated detergent vending would have been more convenient than the coin operated ones on site. If you anticipate doing laundry, bring quarters and your own laundry soap. Overall, good hotel, we'd stay here again.

The hotel was very busy so breakfast was good but they had issues keeping everything stocked. Overall stay was excellent and loved the room set up with the mini kitchen. The pool had a very slippery tile around the edges. Grandkids fell twice just walking on the tile.
