Extended Stay America Suites Portland Hillsboro

The surrounding area was nice. There was a trash in the hallways and a lot in the stairwell. The entire time I was there, they never had any breakfast. The reason was "their vendor never delivered it". My issue is one of the reasons for choosing this hotel was for the breakfast. Staff was generally nice. But the facilities were poor, and the room was bad and of low quality. There was a blood stain on the bedsheet.

Location - it was near the places we planned to visit there was no breakfast / continental offered. just a coffee and water station. no housekeeping services were available during stay had to take our your own trash had to take used bath towels to front desk and swap them for clean one could feel the coils on the mattress on fold out sofa bed

great price for the room, good location, it was exactly what I was looking for when I needed a couple of days’ stay some of the room felt a bit worse for wear…flickering bathroom light, noisy AC, some crumbling drywall, nothing major but noticeable. When I needed to talk to staff there was nobody at the front desk for a few minutes but once the staff person came out of the back office they were friendly and helpful.

Nothing to list that I liked. The facility needs a major overhaul. I wont be choosing this establishment for my next visit to Hillsboro, OR. The TV's in the room are not even smart TV's. It time to upgrade Extended Stay! Everything about the facility needs to be better. Its absolutely disgusting.

Bed and bedding seemed clean and were comfortable. Staff were very friendly but seemed overwhelmed. Took a long time to respond at check in and amenity requests. Pull-out bed was VERY Stained. No additional bedding for the 2nd bed.

The hotel was very dirty- dirty bathroom, stains on the carpet, and dirt/food on the walls.

Look like the rugs needed a good shampooing staff very friendly

The location We were put in a room that was tore up by a dog when I booked it 3 wks in advance the couch,chair,and dishwasher all chewed up, and the toilet seat was falling off

The only thing I could honestly say that I didn’t like about the place was the other people were a little loud here and there nothing serious but people were making noise

Honestly, for the price, you definitely get more than what it’s worth especially this location

The room had food crumbs on the floor. The bathroom vent cover was missing. The light bulb in one of the bedside lamps was burnt out. The kitchenette was old and no kitchen supplies or soap were provided without asking for a package of supplies. One soap provided for both shower and sink, but no shampoo and conditioner. No coffeemaker or cups. Very limited breakfast coffee and hot water for oatmeal. Huge stain on one of the curtains. This was the worst room I have stayed in for this price. Highly disappointing.

Staff friendly and helpful room was clean

Spacious but a little rundown. There were no trash cans. Fire detectors were hanging from the ceiling. Curtains dirty and only one of the ac units worked.

In the middle of the night, someone tried to break into my room using a screwdriver. When I alerted the staff, I was treated with pure indifference. I will not be staying there again.
