It was great and room was clean and neat. All the staff helped me a lot and Ramiro and Mike helped me a lot. And Brenda and Khadija too

This property was so bad I had to leave without even able to get a refund. The front desk person said she would answer her phone that night to approve my refund, but that never happened. The whole floor that my room was on smelled of fish and other unpleasant orders from the people who live there. The hallway was full of debris and also dish drained full of dishes in the hallway. I got in pretty late and could hear people talking, babies crying and music in multiple rooms. My room had multiple damaged areas and the smell was unbearable with my asthma. I could only get one window open about 2 inches. I pulled the chair out trying to sit and figure out my situation and there appeared to be white power marks stained on the chair. I left for multiple safety issues and was hoping to get a refund since I had to get another room elsewhere but the property manager has not approved it. Also, the parking lot has multiple homeless camps

Not what I expected.

AC unit was loud.

Staff was friendly, but bathroom was gross. Room was a bit dirty.

There was no hot water for my shower. I told the person at the front desk on day 1 and someone was supposed to come look at it. They never did. If that person could not fix it they were going to move me but they person didn't show and I was not moved. I tried to use the microwave and it only works for a few seconds and shuts off. Breakfast is only coffee in a thermos pot and a prepackaged muffin. That not breakfast. Full kitchen with nothing in it. Not even a coffee pot. No cups. The location was convenient to where my sister lives in Hillsboro but I will never stay there again. When I told the lady at checkout about all of it she just smiled and said ok. I hope they fix the bathroom faucet before they put someone else in there. Did not offer me any compensation for the awful experience. The trash inside at the bottom of the stairs was disgusting.

It was clean, restaurants in walking distance

Overall the place looked so old. I wish I hadn’t stayed there. In the parking lot, there was a junk car that had all kinds of stuff piled on top and in it. The doors didn’t work for the handicapped button. I was across that it wasn’t an automatics sliding front entrance. The lobby floor was dirty,had sticky spots. It had a smell that I couldn’t place. There never seemed to be anyone at the front desk. The elevator had the same finger prints on the inside of the door the whole time I was there. There was a man who did mop the floor in front of the elevator, but the same spots were there when I came back down. My hallway smelled like old food and trash that hadn’t been taken out and some kind of curry. One of my a/c units didn’t seem to be working? It was constantly humid in there. The tub stopper didn’t fit into the tub. The room was older, worn spots everywhere. The stovetop was old. Just a very old place. I was disappointed. Especially in such a presumable high end area as Tanasbourne.

Poor The water did not work in the bathroom, the kitchen very outdated and stove old and rusted , fridge smelled and ice trays dirty . The first room was terrible and they moved us to another room where the water dint work and they said no other rooms available . And no maintenance person on site.

Beds were comfortable and clean.Thats about the only nice thing I can say.........run down, rip down the couch with stuffing coming out. Dirty bathtub, small toilet, bathroom door does not open all the way, sink missing the stopper, kitchen no nothing in it, windows so dirty you can't see out........

It was a good place to stay

The surrounding area was nice. There was a trash in the hallways and a lot in the stairwell. The entire time I was there, they never had any breakfast. The reason was "their vendor never delivered it". My issue is one of the reasons for choosing this hotel was for the breakfast. Staff was generally nice. But the facilities were poor, and the room was bad and of low quality. There was a blood stain on the bedsheet.

Location - it was near the places we planned to visit there was no breakfast / continental offered. just a coffee and water station. no housekeeping services were available during stay had to take our your own trash had to take used bath towels to front desk and swap them for clean one could feel the coils on the mattress on fold out sofa bed

Nothing to list that I liked. The facility needs a major overhaul. I wont be choosing this establishment for my next visit to Hillsboro, OR. The TV's in the room are not even smart TV's. It time to upgrade Extended Stay! Everything about the facility needs to be better. Its absolutely disgusting.

great price for the room, good location, it was exactly what I was looking for when I needed a couple of days’ stay some of the room felt a bit worse for wear…flickering bathroom light, noisy AC, some crumbling drywall, nothing major but noticeable. When I needed to talk to staff there was nobody at the front desk for a few minutes but once the staff person came out of the back office they were friendly and helpful.

Bed and bedding seemed clean and were comfortable. Staff were very friendly but seemed overwhelmed. Took a long time to respond at check in and amenity requests. Pull-out bed was VERY Stained. No additional bedding for the 2nd bed.

Broken shower and refused to give towels and tiolet paper rolls when requested when running low. Stayed for 4 days.

Disappointing

Seemed a little sketchy
