Microwave is not working, sofa is broken. The smell of the hotel is very unpleasant. The smell plus broken furniture.

apparently the desk has no communication with the cleaning staff We were told that by the desk staff The breakfast was wonderful and we were thankful for that

It was close to where we needed to be every day It was so dirty and it smelled every time we walked into the room and it was like the rooms were not deep cleaned at all.. when putting the heater on in the room it smelt like something was on fire

Staff was amazing at check in even with a long line they were friendly and helpful.

Shopping and dining within walking distance Well to start they tried to re charge us because they said no way can you prepay online. I had to show proof of course I had. The hotel itself smelt terrible and never went away probably because of the 2 huge heaping garbage cans at the end of the main hall that were overflowing from the time we got there to the time we left. The room was disgusting (see pictures) the kitchen is empty you have to ask for anything at the desk and it's an additional charge. They never asked for my credit card so no charge for me. The coffee machine i had to ask for was filthy like it had been used several times without being clean. No shampoo or conditioner just a body bar and a hand bar soaps. The pictures on there site do not match the highly used furnishings in the room. Thing we're torn up burnt and falling apart. Somehow they managed to block my cellphone signal so my internet didn't work there is wifi available that is not good but you can purchase better wifi 1.99 was one hour of good internet. This place is terrible. Great location so it's too bad. Didn't know I was walking into THE worst hotel I have ever stayed at!

Rooms were nice and comfortable. Front desk was courteous. Parking was easy. Overall a really nice stay.

No microwave in room, though there was a full stove and large refrigerator. Bed was relatively comfortable. Carpet felt unclean, so kept socks on. Restroom and kitchen were well-cleaned. Window were very dirty. Very end of spring visit, so hoping they have someone scheduled to clean them quarterly and I just happened to be at the end of the season(?) Free parking, Starbucks location in connected parking lot (very near front door of hotel.) Staff seemed nice. We left after 24 hours, losing the amount paid for our second night; my husband just felt uncomfortable here.

Location was great with plenty of places to get food. While it was pet friendly, there was nothing to clean up after exercising a dog or any place to dispose of it after. There was dried **** in the lawn from other dogs. At one time, this had been a beautiful facility, but the romm was tired from years of use. Absolutely no convenience item, not a cup, no soap, nothing. The bathtube would buckle and flex under my feet causing me to lose my balance. I had to hang onto the wall to keep from falling.

Absolutely nothing. The customer service failed. The customer service needs to be trained to have better communication skills with their clients.

The place was a poorly maintained dump. Time to sell or spend money.

location was good. The people staying/living there were very loud all night long. room was very worn out and kind of dirty, guest phone did not work and toilet stopped flushing. I only stayed 2 nights but paid for 3 nights.I want my money back for the for the 3rd night. The place is disgusting and scary at night. The hotel had a person overdose the morning I checked out.

No grab bars on walls and toilet was so low your knees almost touched ground on your

Clean room great staff

The property looks nice so does the inside of the building. Went to my room key card would not work had to go back multiple times to have them retry it. Ended up getting a room that was further away from where I originally was supposed to be staying. Several lights in my room did not work. Had somebody upstairs that was vacuuming at midnight so it made it hard to sleep. The upside on hotels.com the app the price was good. Would stay there again because of the price but would like to see some of the issues fixed. I would definitely stare again because the pricing is pretty good on the app.

By far the worst room, I have ever seen.
