Extended Stay America Suites Portland Beaverton/Hillsboro

Easy access. I appreciated the ground floor. However, I seemed out of place as most seemed to be long term stays (It is an extended stay!) and when asking for an additional pillow I felt like I was an inconvenience. Breakfast was a joke. They were out. Of course they were! The serving counter was so tiny they couldn't fit much anyhow. The employee said they had run out a few days ago. Just one slot for "food" (ie muffins) and coffee. Disappointed theere for sure!

I arrived to a less than fully stocked room. No bath towels (I was told they were not out of the wash when my room was cleaned) and only 1/4 role of TP with no spare ( told the shipment had not arrived on time). Both items were available from the font desk when I requested them. Suggestion: log rooms with shortage and stock immediately. If the hotel is out of TP go to the store rather than short the rooms! Black grime around bathroom sink drain, which I was able to wipe away with moderate effort. Vent in bathroom (possibly non-functional) was FILTHY. Otherwise, no complaints.

No hair dryer. You have to ask for shampoo, hair dryer, tub mat, etc from front desk. They have zero hair dryer available. It says breakfast included but breakfast is basically coffee. Also internet is crazy slow. You get what you pay for. Never again. Stay away from extended america especially this one

The breakfast was a granola bar and coffee! We were booked at the Beaverton Extended Stay but they overbooked so the sent us to the Hillsboro one! The place smelled. The bathtub floor was soft like it was rotten underneath

Bad experience

Front desk person told us to wait past 3:15pm because "the rooms weren't clean, a housekeeper was training". Staff got upset when we asked for utensils and dishes. Made really rude comments about my daughter and body shaming teenagers. Most horrible experience ever!!!

Loud in the evenings & no breakfast available. Folks loitering in lobby

1. We hard just one or two towels in bathroom 2. Breakfast was very limited - few cupcakes, oat meal, coffee and hot water 3. Bathroom sink was clogged We stayed just one night - did not have time or energy to complain to staff. But they were very good, I was happy with my limited interaction with staff and front desk.

As soon as I walked in the place it smelt really bad of Weed. The mattress was like laying on concrete. It’s definitely not in a great location.

Hotel staff was great, however the hotel which needs to be classified as a motel was poor. The parking lot was full of trash, and a portion of the place was used to house homeless and part of a city subsidized housing program. No breakfast, just coffee and small wrapped muffins. No room service unless requested, however towels when needed, and they were clean. The room was clean but outdated. The bathroom worked, AC worked, beds hard as rock, and “residents” were loud outside. This is on the cheap side for a reason but should inform guests that half of building is subsidized

Not super expensive but it also was not very clean.

Shower was horrible no water pressure. Fridge was dirty and floors was dirty. Looked like someone just stayed there and they didn’t clean it.

Price and availability Room ready when we arrived, it was not.

When we got to the extended stay hotel we entered the room and there was dust and debris on the floor almost like they needed to still vacuum and then we noticed on the sheets that there were bunches of like fuzz and hair from peoples heads like caught in the dryer but that was really gross. The Wi-Fi was not working at all. The manager walked in on us and she would've been able to actually come into the room entirely had the deadbolt not been secured but it wasn't her fault she said that the person who checked us in did not mark the room clean so she was doing her checks but still never had that happen before. And the people upstairs were up all night walking around very loudly moving furniture Lord knows what they were doing up there very loud. The bed was very uncomfortable felt like I was sleeping on the floor
