Very clean! I could hear hear the person in the room next to us. TV in the wee hours.

Clean, convenient, friendly staffs, quiet environment!

The carpet in the hallways need cleaning. My daughter found trash in her room. I booked two rooms with King size beds. However when we go there they only had one. The second room had two queen size beds on a different floor and clear across the property. We spoke to other guests who had the same experience. They are short on staff. The pool towels were not stocked. I was swimming with my grandson and a family came in and took the few towels that were there. So I used the hotel phone by the pool and asked if I could get two towels. The reception asked me to go to the front desk to get them because there was no one else there. This was at 8:00 pm. I told her we are both wet and we shouldn’t have to walk through the whole place dripping to get towels. She then said she would do it but it would take awhile . 15 minutes later she brought the towels.

Everything was great, we had a balcony king room. My kids loved the pool, it was actually warm and the hot tub is just right. Only thing I would say is my mids wished they had cereal as a breakfast option! Lol other than that, it was a nice and peaceful stay

I love how convenient the location is. I also love that it had a hot tub. Allowed me to relax after work

We were in town for a baseball tournament and this hotel was affordable and right by the airport. A few good restaurants in walking distance. Pretty standard room. Could use a fridge. Also, the key card wasn't working on the outside door nearest our room so it was a bit inconvenient to walk around the property to access our room. The front desk just make a joke about it not working and it was kind of a turn off. We also which they served a breakfast but other than that, pretty standard stay.

Front office lady is unwelcome looked and did not give us info. She should treat guest with smile and courtesy.

Other than courtyard view of parking lot, our study was great. Staff exceptionally nice & helpful. Rooms were clean & beds very comfortable. Breakfast not included in price.

Met my needs

An ok hotel hotel with good location to area activities

Everything was perfect. The kids had a great time staying overnight and enjoying the pool. However, the pool had a bit too much chlorine, which made my kids’ faces red. After a shower and lotion, the redness subsided. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

The staff was fantastic ,the location great, however the bed in the right side had collapsed, sink barely drained, and the bathroom door did not shut. The latch was broken.
