Excellent place and attention

The bed was not comfortable it was really hard the toilet got stopped up and we had to wait 4hrs for maintenance to come and fix it the breakfast was nasty

Room was very clean. Bed very large and comfy. Staff was nice. Hotel and surrounding area was quiet

Good location off the highway for overnight.Stop and lots of shopping not too far away

NA The room was reserved for two nights and on the day of check-in we were late checking in and they without our knowledge they gave the room to a different customer as the card dint go through which is incorrect. even if that happens they should call and let us know that the card was declined and if would like to pay with a different card. we ended up driving 30 min away to find another stay. Later we realized that the room was given to a customer because of Embassy Inn overbooking and both these hotels were Hilton/Hampton affiliated.

My only complaint, paying to park in an Unsecured parking lot. All guests pay to park and then read signs letting you know that you park at your own risk. What are we paying for? This is very annoying.

Enjoyed our stay, very happy with customer service and amenities

The room in front of mine was leaving lots of garbage (baby diapers, food, etc) outside their room. I had to call front desk to let them know because it was not picked up for a couple hours. The location is convenient and price was decent.

Breakfast good, room Clean, Staff was ok, I come from a wife that worked at Eagle Crest and saw what Great Looks like.

They served tater tots and cut up hot dogs for breakfast. We had a dog and they put us on the 3rd floor so she couldn't go outside easily to potty. And they charged $12 for parking and $75 for having a dog. It was not what we expected. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. There was a blood stain on the bottom sheet also.

my bad. I thought I saw a hot tub in the pool photo. I should have double-checked. I was very disappointed when I discovered otherwise.
