So good. Will be back

The room was wonderful, clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful but our phone didn’t work so we had to go downstairs for sheets for the sofa bed. The breakfast was great and overall it was just a really nice stay. It isn’t in walking distance to anything but only a short drive to plenty of shopping and food.

Rooms are well designed. King bed with L shaped couch, full kitchen. Good assortment of food for breakfast. Indoor pool is nice. Free laundry a positive. Overall a nice facility

Great hotel, staff was fine

Not booking at Staybridge ever again. I booked my suite at least 3 weeks before our stay only to be told upon arrival that they canceled our reservation because they were overbooked and didn't have the cleaning staff. I asked what we were supposed to do now and they said, "I'm sorry, I don't know." They didn't offer to help find us a new place to stay and couldn't explain why our reservation was one of the (multiple) ones that were canceled when I booked 3 weeks ago. Found a Hilton Garden Inn last minute for the exact same price and checked-in 30 minutes later.

This hotel was great, staff was super friendly and helpful, clean place. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Only recommendation would be a camera in the pool area other than that I would for sure stay here again.

But most disappointing was the breakfast. The food was so unseasoned it was almost inedible. And you could tell the other guest felt the same way as everyone looked disappointed when they opened the pots.

IHG blew it out the water with this one, the staff, facility and rooms are next level, especially for the price of the rooms.

Breakfast was terrible.

It was an okay overall experience, clean room and provided what it advertised. Bathroom was ok, needs some work as some other features in the room. Still, I would recommend it for a quick night stay which is what we did.

Property was clean and staff was friendly. The mattress was not comfortable. This was our second stay at this property and the first stay was more comfortable.

Location to where I needed to be was great and easy to locate. Breakfast hours were good. The accessible room did not offer good bathroom supports for my companion, especially bathing so she had to wait until we returned home. Parking behind building by pool end of hallway made it a long haul to get our bags to 4th floor same end of building by elevator.

Like to stay here again

These rooms are amazing: they feature a large refrigerator and even burners for cooking your favorite meals, as well as comfortable beds. The only downside was that there were four of us, and while there is a double bed and a sofa bed, the sofa bed is uncomfortable for two people to sleep on; however, everything else was excellent. The sofa bed for sleeping

Better Breakfast

Breakfast one of the days was dismal. Second day was much better with a variety of choices including omelets bacon, hash, browns, waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereals, etc
