It was fair, But I wasn’t overly needy just a place to rest my head for a few hours

I didn’t stay on Tuesday because said no rooms available-charged anyway!! I was charged for a room I did not reserve! My son n I stayed on Monday night. On Tuesday afternoon I realized I needed to stay another night and your website couldn’t find ANY available rooms there. So I reserved a room at Econo Lodge instead.

The breakfast was not really much and the place seems a little worn out, but reasonably well maintained inside.

Run down hotel. Good price so it's what it's worth. 2-Stars

Bathroom could have been a little cleaner.

Price was reasonable and location was near nice places to go. Adjustable air Conditioner worked well. Wood floor had dead bugs on it and room did not feel clean although bed was comfortable.

The room was big and clean

The lady checking us in was very helpful. The room adequate. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was cold cereal or waffles. Coffee was tasteless.

The reason behind booking this hotel because of the pool to enjoy in a city there is really much to do. We arrived late Friday night after the pool was closed. Saturday headed to the pool to realize it was closed. It was never opened. During the day until I contacted Expedia they came and unlocked it. Once unlocked we went and there was algae all on the bottom of the pool. Horrible would never book again.

I was a little worried when we arrived. The outside of the building needs some work. But the staff at the front desk were very professional and polite. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. They let us have a late checkout and we slept well. Walmart , McDonald’s,Starbucks and a restaurant are right in front of or across the street.

Arrived late, clean quiet room. Left early. Bed was comfy. No issues.

The convenience of being close to Hwy was great, the room itself had a king bed that was comfortable , TV and internet worked great. They had basic toiletries, but I had my own but it was nice t9 know they were there, just in case. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. I let her know I was traveling alone and asked for a room close to the office which she happily did. There were security cameras outside the property so the one side I felt safe and the other side of me wondered why there were so many cameras. The breakfast was a waffle machine, cereal some packaged pastries. ..think lLttle Debbie, lol. Some fresh bananas and coffee /juice. So very basic. Overall it was fine, I was there one night. For the price , 8 didnt expect to be in a "remodeled morel" this is not the Wyndham Im used to and I wasnt expecting a 5 star hotel but it was a motel and I know I had friends who stayed across the street who paid 35 less then me for a motel as well. I will also say the cleaning supplies they use were very, very strong and as someone who has bad allergies this would have been an issue if I didnt have my meds. The AC was loud but it also became a "white noise" for me. Overall had i known it was a motel i would have stayed at the motel 6 across the way as it was cheaper and having seen both rooms I can say there was no reason for me to have paid more .

The check in and check out staff was excellent -- Bini our check out lady very helpful, I don't know the check in lady's name but she was also very helpful -- It's so nice to have kind people!!!!

Soft bed

Wish they would have had a larger breakfast option(although we did arrive late Saturday morning). Also no ironing board or iron in the room we stayed in. Not a huge worry or need: they had a few to loan out from the front desk and even brought it to my room after another tenant was done borrowing it. But the staff was all super friendly.
