I was double charged for pantry items, showed the staff, they agreed, and then I proceeded to get an email with a bill showing the same double charged items.

Everything waa really nice and clean. Hotel wasn't even half full. Breakfast was good, nice variety. My only complaint was the mattress on the bed. It was not comfortable at all. We didn't get a good night's rest. Otherwise, everything was perfect for our one night stay.
