The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly. The Nettie hotel was clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

While we were away, it appeared that someone had entered our room and our luggage had been opened. Thankfully, we did not notice anything missing. Because the front desk staff had been so kind to us, I did not want to make a big issue of it during our stay. However, I do feel this is something management should be aware of and address. Guests should be able to leave their belongings in their hotel room and feel confident that their privacy and personal belongings are secure. The friendly staff was definitely a positive part of our stay, but unfortunately, this experience made us feel uncomfortable and concerned about security.

It was clean in all the open areas, the staff was exceptionally kind I loved chatting with them.

The Staff was great, the hotel is run down a bit. I ended up staying in a handicapped room even though I booked a standard room. Not a big deal. I didn’t realize the blinds were broken in the up position till 10pm witch suck because the parking lot light was right out side the window. The room didn’t cool down till around 1am. Didn’t sleep good at all.
