The staff was nice and welcoming! Breakfast was good. The pool was still open and that was nice.

Great and convenient No complaints

The breakfast was acceptable for either a quick or leisurely meal. Better than fast food, not as substantial as Waffle House. The attendants kept the dining area clean and the food hot, and it was included at no extra cost. The coffee was good. The exercise room was well equipped, with clean towels and good machines. The outside pool was a plus. The water flow in the bathroom sink is so low it is impossible to use. The tub faucet had to be used for any water use. The water that trickles from the faucet may save water but it is unfair to a guest that is paying for a room for sleep and a bathroom to wash. The folks at desk told us that they could not help us, because the trickle water flow in the sink was an order from corporate.

It was a fine stay overall, but the beds were not the best. The staff was great and the food was better than expected.

Very comfortable bed. We slept very well! Hotel is quiet and clean and has everything you need. Would stay here again. Nothing we didn’t like.

I have always had an enjoyable stay at Holiday Inn Express locations. They have always been clean and well maintained. The staff has always been friendly. I enjoy that they offer free continental breakfast at most, if not all locations. We had issues with the water pressure with the sink in my daughters' bathroom, which they unfortunately didn't tell me about until after we were checked out. There were also issues with our room keys deactivating to where we couldn't get into our rooms. It was easy to get the keys re-programmed but was a little bit of a hassle. I would recommend upgrading the system. Overall, a good stay. Besides the few minor things mentioned, we had a good stay. Would definitely stay again.

Very convenient very pleasant staff We had to move from our first room as the room door was broken, the second room door didn’t work easily either.

The room had a musty smell and very damp. The bed was way too soft.

It was nice and clean The lady working tge front desk was not very friendly and had her kids running around the hotel

Everything! Staff was great, very clean, comfortable beds, and breakfast was great! I didn't like that booking.com is false advertising this property. I booked a king room with a spa tub, when I got to the property I was informed that room didn't even exist!! Also, the pool was closed because the chemicals were off ? So no spa and no pool had me disappointed.
