We have stayed here a couple times and it has always been wonderful. Location is great, the pool is lovely, the rooms are nice, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Last day already checked out husband handed in extra card, John asked about our dog that has been a service dog since 2016, when we stayed with you than, and countless other times. Never had we been so embarrassed by his tone he used asking where our dog was trained what he did what kind of service he did for me I told him I’d be letting corporate know.Other guest were embarrassed for us and told us so. Remember we had already checked out after a lovely five day stay. Rodger, othe employees were respectful and helpful all week. House cleaning the best. Lady in breakfast room the best.

The room needs some updating as it is old and dated. Additionally, it was hard to fall asleep because we could hear people talking in the hall and doors opening and closing. Most annoying was hearing the ceiling creak every time someone upstairs moved about. It sounds like it isn’t supported properly or something. It kept waking us up. The breakfast was very very basic. We skipped it the second day altogether.

Downstairs the Friday, we got there. maintenance check the refrigerator and it was not working, he called us and said they are no more refrigerators, so my all my food that I cooked and bought dome items from the store was rotten and spoiled....The next morning I called they sent another maintenance guy, he brought us a replacement refrigerator that was working....I spoke to all the rep at the front desk including April who gave me, Ms. Kronberg, the manager for a 200.00 refund, they said Expedia has to contact her so we can be refunded, I left so much messages for Ms.Kronberg....Nothing...My nest move is to post the video of the conversation with both maintenance guys and the refrigerator.

The pull out sofa was surprisingly comfy. The shower and bathroom was clean. However, when I arrived one toilet paper roll was almost emptied so having that already freshened up would’ve been nice.
