Bed was awful. Lumpy and uncomfortable

Nothing I liked it AC was not working properly and while booking the hotel, booking.com said we can checkout at 12 but the hotel people said 11...and immediately every 10 minutes house cleaning people were knocking the door and asking are you checking out or not...they Disturbed a lot and breakfast is not good

Unfortunately this hotel needs a lot of updating. Entrance was dirty and in poor condition. Rooms were ok, clean. There were never any towels at the pool. Breakfast below average. I understand that price was very low but expected a little more from Hampton Inn.

The room was clean and the breakfast was well maintained. It would be nice to have a couple more places to hang towels or wet clothes in the room. There was a limited amount of luggage carts and when we were checking out, we ended up just carrying all our luggage to the car. I mentioned that to the front desk clerk, but she didn’t seem too interested. All in all it was a pleasant day and we’d probably return.

Breakfast was consistent and very satisfactory. The hotel could use a slight remodel and upgrade. However they do a good job with the facility they have.

There was an unpleasant smell in the room, a musty smell. The air conditioner is entirely inside the room, both the indoor and outdoor units, and it hums very loudly. During our 5-night stay, the room was only cleaned once. Although we were told that housekeeping would be every other day. It's really unpleasant to come back to the room and find all the towels still wet and not replaced. Because of the humidity in the room, it's hard to breathe. At breakfast, the tables were sticky to the touch, and everything was dirty. The cleaning staff constantly walk up and down the hallway, shouting to each other, so it's impossible to rest during the day.

Constant door banging sounds, loud airplanes, and a/c unit was extremely loud. Also elliptical machine was making shrill squeaky sound while in use.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The hotel was very clean, and my room was spotless and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of fresh, tasty options, making it a great way to start the day. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
